Ordered a stack and found a 3 inch piece of plastic inside that I did not order. Have not posted anything about in hopes they would fix this situation but even after talking with the area director he has now stopped responding. If someone from the location could contact me regarding this issue it would be much appreciated.

I wish I could give a negative 100 for each topic that they ask us to rate. One of the workers bent down and sneezed while cooking the tortilla chips. I asked to speak to the manager low and behold he was the manager. I asked when the general manager would be in and he ignored me and kept right on making orders. Because of this experience and health hazard concerns I will be calling the health inspector on this business.

Went in store to purchase my order and use a $2 off coupon for national Burrito Day. Much to my surprise their scanner was down and they would not honor the coupon. There should be a way to place it in manually. Seemed like they were more interested in upselling me. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a drink, side of queso or guacamole. Speaking of guacamole I ordered a home wrecker and paid for a home wrecker and said I wanted guacamole, however I had none in my guacamole. Very disappointing visit to Moe’s

Just got done dining at the Moe’s southwest grill on Campbell run. I was greeted by everyone but had my food prepared by Devin the manager. I could go on about the perfect customer satisfaction from the entire staff but what I’d like to focus on, is I’ve been eating from multiple Moes branches for over 5 years and have ordered the chicken stack every time. I would like to note that this was they most perfectly prepared meal from beginning to start and just want to give thanks and make note of such good service and expert grilling, in whole 10 out of 10 experience ???

Just left there wanted nachos and have the toppings on the side and the ignorant worker said no he can't do it and wasnt to nice about it. I said it's okay I will go to other location they do it. I wanted to take them home to eat and not be soggy. Went to other locations they were very helpful to me like

The man with the tattoos (no name tag) should really consider working elsewhere. I have never seen anyone act so unprofessional and rude to paying customers. I should’ve walked out when I seen how he treated everyone in front of me. People were in shock at his attitude and actions. Wow.
