Visited for a family dinner. Centrally located between us. We had 8 in our party, seated easily.
The server was terrific. The service was pretty good for how busy it was. Food was hot and served in a reasonable amount of time.
The dining room was fairly warm, most of the customers had that complaint. Otherwise, it is a solid choice for homestyle Italian

Although the pizza was very good, the 4 tiny pieces of what was supposed to be garlic bread with cheese was truly pathetic. They were barely warm, about the size of a cupcake, and they should have been embarrassed to serve them. They should just tell people when they are out of italian bread. 😔

The food is very good. Got the salmon, salad, mozzarella wedges, Italian bread, and iced tea. The Italian bread was small, I like the regular size bread you get at other Italian restaurants with hard butter. Would go back.

We celebrated a birthday at the Ross location and used their lunch banquet menu. The food was great, and the service was stellar. After arriving home I discovered a mistake on the bill and returned to the restaurant. They were quick to rectify the mistake. I highly recommend this place for parties and will return often in the future for dinner.

I was so excited to have this as my last meal while in Pittsburgh but my vegetarian black olive and onion pizza had several bacon bits making it something I could no longer continue eating. It was on 3 other slices of the pizza as well. Very sad 😔

Please bring back the original Caesar salad dressing. Just had a chicken Caesar salad and the dressing tasted nothing like it should

I've been going here since I was a kid with my family and it's been amazing and delicious every single time. Great staff, great food, a lot has changed in that area but I hope this place is always there.

I've been getting pizza from Monte Cello's for 35 years. Granted, it's your standard thin-crust pizza shop pizza. But the puffy outside ring of crust, the perfect amount of cheese and the flavorful sauce make it that much better. The rest of the menu is also what you'd expect from and Italian family restaurant, but done well for the price.
