This restaurant used to be good. This was the third and final straw for me and my family. They service and food have gone extremely downhill...especially the service.

Wake held and we had delicious chicken Romano, meatballs and cheese raviolis with green beans, mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Service was good with beverages etc as was buffet. It was in a room above restaurant and private. Plenty of space for 40 people. Would use them again

We haven't been here for about 3 years so we decided to have lunch here (Cranberry location). My husband's hot hoagie had 2 very thin pieces of meat, some onion, and a LOT of lettuce. No cheese or tomato. My side salad had lettuce, some shaved cheese, and a lot of very hard croutons. My garlic bread had hardly any butter and very little, if any, garlic. My meal was ok, and the server was very nice (Kristi H). But, altogether, this was a big disappointment, esp for my husband who really had been looking forward to a great hoagie.

My family enjoyed a recent dinner at Monte Cello's on Babcock Blvd. It was very busy but we enjoyed a drink while waiting in the bar. My children started with wedding soup which they loved while my husband and I had a side green salad. It was very fresh and the salad dressing was homemade and terrific. Each of our meals (fettuccine, Stromboli and fried fish) were delicious, portion sizes were very large and all were fabulous. For dessert we had a large, hot chocolate chip cookie with ice cream which was just amazing! Best dessert I've in along time. Highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and it was a very fun and festive vibe. Lastly, it was extremely reasonably priced!

A great restaurant. Whether you sit down and eat or place an order for pick up, you still get a high quality dinner. Since Covid started, pick up orders are efficiently part of this restaurant's business. Their computer system has your past info as well as an accurate system for placing your order. Today the restaurant was packed. I called in an order, they said 30 minutes, and they were right. Pizzas are excellent. Calzones are made to order. I had the Shrimp Scampi. Complete with salad and bread. Hot and super garlicky. The only downside is I must remember to request 1/2 garlic.

Monte Cello's has been my favorite Italian restaurant since I was a little kid. The staff and food at the Babcock Blvd location are the best in town. Everything on their menu is fantastic and IMO they have the best ranch around. They serve fresh bread at the table too. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Their tomato sauce is fantastic and I often buy a jar whenever I'm nearby. On this visit we went to celebrate my brother's birthday. They even let us bring a cake from another vendor and stored it while we ate our entrees. I ordered the Chicken Parm and started with their house salad (their wedding soup is also very good but went with the salad). I know they have a handful of other locations but I believe Babcock Blvd is the best hands down.

Not really to anyone's standards. Cold food, not very professional service, I do not recommend this restaurant. The pizza was the best thing there, and even then it's subpar to the other pizza options in the area.

Always efficient service and great tasting food, from salads to Stromboli to entrees like chicken parmigiana. So good at accommodating our large family for birthday celebrations. We are regulars!

Good family time. Staff is always pleasant. Portions are large like your grandmother would serve. The pizzas have toppings to the rim. Always fresh, always delicious and always served with a smile. This restaurant has been around 40 years. That speaks for itself. Go and get anything the menu - you're going to be happy!!!

LOVE IT!!! Only pizza that I will eat. Get the Joes Special and I prefer it Medium instead of large with all the goodies. They use Sicilian dough and Sauce but they make it round.
