I order takeout a lot. I very very rarely write reviews but this warranted response.Takeout - Got a buffalo chicken salad that came with sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I did not request the sauteed veggies. Is that standard? I have ordered this salad at least a dozen times from the Ross location and it never comes with this.The salad was so wet that it was like soup and I had to hold the container over my sink to drain it. Literally.It was legit awful lol.The lettuce was soggy. From the unneeded veggies or overuse of buffalo sauce? I dont know. It was basically Inedible. Even if I had asked for the veggies or extra buffalo sauce (which I did not), it would still be a soupy mess.The peperoni roll was good. So was the girl who took the order.

The food is awesome, and the people are friendly, Thank you for allowing me to talk to a human, always being consistent, delivering (usually early and under time) hot, delicious food. I can't say the food is exceptional but I'm no meat eater so don't take my word for it. I went to a baby shower here though and it was lovely. I do live the space. It's a nice big Italian restaurant that feels one of a kind.

I have ordered pasta dinners with meat sauce from this Monte Cello's location 3 times within the last 10 days. Staff taking the order have always been pleasant. Delivery has always been less than the quoted time. Hot foods have always been hot, cold foods cold. I highly recommend the Shaler Monte Cello's.

Delivery was terrific. Everything was hot and on time. Thank you!Steak hoagie had good flavor but could have had a little more of everything on it. More bead than ingredients is never a perfect hoagie.Zuccini stick ...refried anything makes things greasy and the outside breading gets dark and overcooked. Why can't restaurants stop prefrying as a method of prepping?

We stopped in early just a little before they still have their lunch menu available so we ordered from that. My wife had wedding soup and a salad and I ordered a pizza with pepperoni. We shared the salad and pizza. Everything was good. With drinks tip and all our bill was about $26. Can't complain and the service was good

We’re a fan of this location, but lately they’ve been having an attitude for no reason! Was given false information about indoor dining room that they were open we arrived there after driving and lady at the register said no they’re open for takeout and delivery only. Not what we was told! Tonight I ordered a pizza for delivery and received a call back that the driver can’t come due to a music festival there’s other ways around our area besides the main road. The lady on the phone I heard in the background says “literally” with an attitude and says the driver has other deliveries too okay so we’re customers too what does that have to do with anything? So now the driver is being sent..makes no sense! If you’re not happy with your job leave instead of being snooty to long time customers! Be mindful. That’s all!
