My local. Best owners/bartenders/wait staff/cooks in all the land. Get a proper pint, a crafty cocktail, and booze of choice.

Excellent service. Staff is very attentive. Great atmosphere. The food and mixed drinks were really good & reasonably priced. It was my first time here, and I will definitely be back. This is an independent restaurant that takes pride in what they do.

This pub makes you feel like you've been transported to a larger city. The vibes are good, it looks crowded but there's always somewhere to sit, and there's a decent selection of beer, wine, and other items. The only hassle is the non-existent street parking.

I met up with a friend after work around 7pm. I was really looking forward to getting dinner but the kitchen had problems and had to close. So we each got two drinks. I ordered two cocktails. And I could not finish the second because they were strong. I love that they were strong but it would have helped to have food. Overall I would totally come back here again to try the food and get more drinks. The waitress was very nice. And the place was very comforting. It had a front bar and the back which was more intimate.

Small pub food with a great atmosphere. It really reminds me of an Irish or British small local pub where, if you sit at the bar, you'll end up talking to the other patrons and to the bartenders. The 2 bartenders were friendly, kind, professional, and it was a pleasure to see them make the cocktails; one in particular, it was obvious was extremely capable and liked making cocktails because she kept smelling the liquors and making sure the final product was good.We were here on a Saturday around 6:15pm and the tables were all taken but there were a few stools available at the bar and I'm glad we ended up sitting here because we had fun and socialized in a very "pub way".We ordered fish and chips and a smash burger; the fries were delicious, the fried fish was tender and light, and the smash burger comes with 2 patties making it very satisfying. We got a Guinness and a Red Ale but I also ordered the cocktail (the Taz[...]raaaaar or something) and it was delicious, I could have drunk a few more ugh.Prices are fair, the cocktail could have been considered expensive at 12$ but considering all that was in it and how masterfully made it was, the price is absolutely fair.We didn't want to leave and we'll definitely go back.

One of the best pubs in the city with one of the best smash burgers in the city. This place has only gotten better over time.

Got a a single drink and didn’t stay for a second, or a great meal due to the fact the pretentious, man-bunned bartender felt the need to condescendingly and smugly correct us. It’s “house gin” and never to be called the “well.” My apologies, Professor Highbrow! We were all quite put off… and to top it all off, he forgot a piece of the order anyway!

This was a first time walk in the door and get something to eat and drink. The three Santa Claus 's that exited as we entered were the sign that we were in for a good time. Our waiter said it was his third day on the job and in spite of this we had simply outstanding service all evening from him. The food was excellent and the Guinness with Jamison shooters were what was needed after walking around West Allegheny all day. The Ambiance made us feel if we had had a little bit of Dublin dropped into the North Side for the meal . Will return again in the near future after such a wonderful first experience.
