As you can see in people's review pictures, the pad Thai noodles are absolutely greasy, hard and just outright disgusting. Egg rolls are also soggy and greasy, as they're frozen from their source to table. General's Tso's chicken is nothing but BBQ shish kabob meat with fake Tso's sauce. Dried out. Summertime outside dining consists of birds attacking your food at will. Birds walking all over the tables. Sanitation problem. The only reason people eat here is because it's cheap. Eat at your own risk.

This food truck has been serving up the very best chicken on a stick and shrimp eggroll for at least the past 20 years -- and it seems the price is only about 50 cents higher than when we moved here. We talked to one of the owners and he said they opened in 1989. His sister, now 77 has been cooking up the same delicious food since then. He says that people are now bringing their kids and grandkids back, and students that trained in Pittsburgh and are now living overseas make a point of coming back when they are in town. I can certainly believe that as our friends and family visiting from other states invariably end up seeking this place out if we have time to visit the Strip district.

Egg Rolls...! Their egg rolls are AMAZING...! I know there's a Moonlight Express up in Bloomfield but when I Google this location. It says Moonlight Express so I added 'Strip' to their name. This place has the VERY BEST egg rolls in PGH. There's at least 6 full size shrimp in each, but I only started counting when I was half way through. I can't believe this place has never been added to Yelp. Come on people, this food truck has the very best egg rolls in PGH..! I can speak on the rest of their menu, most of which I have tried, but I'm focusing on EGG ROLLS now... OMG, I would drive a half hour for these...! YUMMY...!!!

Loved this stop! This street food stand doesn't jump out at you, but there should always be a line here. The noodles and chicken where both delicious, and the process are very reasonable.

This is an outdoor Asian food truck located in a parking space between two buildings. They friendly serve fried rice, fried noodle and chicken, which are great for quick bites. There are some tables and chairs.
