Moonlit Burgers Dormont

We stopped in after seeing moonlit all over Tik tok were from out of town at first the experience was great. Then I went to order I was met by the snobbiest person Hudson P. She was very rude while I was ordering I asked if they had kids cups as we had our two toddlers with us she replied very rudely and said no all we have is one size then I looked over and saw kids cups right next to the cash register. I just shrugged it off but the food was great the atmosphere was great just her attitude was ridiculous.

I went there due to recommendations from friends, and the food was okay. The service was horrible- our server Krista seemed like she would rather do anything else but be there. We have both worked in the service industry and it is clear when a person isn’t interested in the customer experience.
And, she used the opportunity to quickly toss my partner’s burger in the trash without ever asking if we were done or would like to take it to go.
They had cut it and left half a burger purposely to take home as we don’t like food waste. It was really disappointing. It’s a decent joint overall but depends highly on the staff working at any given time.

Had a great Sunday lunch and really enjoyed my first time here. Food was delicious and mainly reasonably priced considering similar options.

Krista was bartendinga and was great! Very attentive and friendly. Burgers were incredible and the shoestring fries were crisp, well seasoned and delicious. I suggest getting a side of the cheese sauce with them!

my edit after owner response: a fun place with good 'fast food'. burger and chicken sandwiches were good. buns were good and meats were tasty with good texture. fries are shoe string and taste good however i prefer mine a bit more crunchy. service was excellent. typical hometown small sandwich shop atmosphere with positive vibe. bathroom was very clean. i will be going back.

Welcome to smashburgh! Some of the best smash burgers I've ever had! Toppings are fire 🔥. Fresh shoestring fries and the cheese sauce is amazing to pair with it. The staff was hella friendly and helpful. Restaurant is a whole vibe. Good food, great people, & beer, that's a hat trick right there.
