Great meal and nice atmosphere. 4 of us split several tapas. Definitely recommend the smoked beef short rib, the pulpo, the beef tartare. Really, everything we tried was delicious. Glad we were able to come here for dinner while visiting Pittsburgh for one night.

Absolutely divine. This was my party's first proper fine-dining experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Our server was incredible. I'm quite sure you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but the standouts for our party were the shrimp and oxtail snacks, and the scallop and octopus small plates. Drinks were priced on the lower end as well and our server was able to make some great recommendations. Can't wait for the next time we have something to celebrate - it will be here.

A flawless dining experience. Our server was so kind and very professional. She was fun and attentive but not overbearing and she even brought us little complimentary drinks to pair with our dessert. Every single dish was outstanding. The drinks were delicious (get the sangria!). The kitchen really cares about the food that they're making and their care is felt in every dish. I also know the dishwasher was back there laying it down and keeping the whole operation running because we used a LOT of plates. Shout-out to you dishwasher, we love you ♥️Some standouts for us were the meat and cheese boards, the oxtail, the octopus, and the flan. I was also a huge fan of the artichokes. Really though just order what sounds good because you cannot go wrong with anything. The menu is thoughtfully crafted and even the order that the food was brought out seemed to be intentional. I've had some fine dining experiences with unbalanced and seemingly thoughtless menus but the chef at Morcilla is certainly someone who does things with intention and care.One of my favorite restaurants ever, don't miss it!
I've been here twice and both experiences were great. The first time was 8ish years ago and the more recent time was March 2024. Pretty much everything is great but to me the standout is the Oxtail. Other dishes I recommend are the chicharrones, the octopus, and the fried cauliflower. But get whatever and I'm sure it'll be good. One negative and that's that I absolutely hated my rum cocktail -- it was one of the worst things I've ever tasted. ? The sangrias were great though!
Had an absolutely stunning dinner here with my husband. The woodwork makes the place comfortable and warm and the service is spectacular. We got a bottle of wine and stuffed ourselves on five star food for under $200 total. The octopus was probably the best fish I've eaten in over a year.

The waiting staff made the experience so enjoyable. We went for dinner on my husband's birthday. The food was delicious and fresh out of the kitchen. Our waitress did a great job making us feel comfortable. We'll definitely be back again!
