Patrick was our waiter, who did an excellent job. He was attentive and personal. They pay attention to details, it was our 42nd anniversary. The hostess greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary and there was a sign on the table with rose petals, wishing us a happy anniversary. The food as always was perfect and delicious. Of course we will be returning!
Back to back, on 2 separate dates (Mother's Day, yesterday), incorrect meals brought to the table even though servers read orders back. Instead of getting the price of yesterday's meal (not both just the screwed up one) taken off the bill we get apologies and manager telling us we get appetizers and drinks on the house next visit - have enjoyed the restaurant in the past but not sure there will be any more visits
We were treated like royalty upon arrival and the experience only got better as the night progressed. Our waitress was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent. Kudos to the chef! We celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary and will have lasting memories of the night at Morton's.
My wife and I always go to Morton's before our Pittsburgh Symphony concerts. The food is excellent, and the staff is unfailingly attentive. We love it here.
Two recent visits to Mortons and both were great. Went for Happy Hour for Pre-game and caught a late dinner. The Food and Service were excellent.
Went here for a birthday dinner I've came here for every special occasion but after my most recent visit i will never be back. Are waiter never came to our table it took them over an hour to bring our first appetizer then the food took even longer and the messed up the food multiple times. After this horrible night they offered nothing to fix the situation no adequate explanation nothing. Just a sorry and kept it pushing from the manager never had such a horrible experience.

Our dinner experience was kind of a bummer. The food was mostly great but the service was so lackluster we probably won’t return. When you are spending $300 for two you expect the service to reflect the price point which this did not. Our server was polite but brusque, never wished us a happy anniversary and barely spoke to us. We overheard another server going over all the specials that we never heard. We had to ask for bread and it was finally thrown on the table without a word. My salad had way too many brown leaves in it for the price and it was delivered about 5 minutes before my husband got his soup. Most high end restaurants offer a complimentary dessert or glass of champagne for a special occasion, nothing was offered here. We just didn’t feel welcome or appreciated.
Lisa, the general manager never disappoints and Brian is the best waiter in the city bar none. Took a customer and his wife to dinner and they said it was one of the best meals and best service they've ever had.

Everything was good. The chips with blue cheese were super salty and almost inedible. The house Pinot noir we got were two different ones. One tasted old the other was excellent. Service was good. Steak and lobster were good. Ordered 8oz filet and was the same size of my families 6oz. Awesome carrot cake but way too much orange in it. Overall 8/10
Food quality and service was terrific. The staff was very friendly. The filet and lobster tail was a great deal it included soup or salad and dessert.
At these types of places service is what makes all of the difference. Nikki not only made our night special, but one of a kind. Truly couldn’t have been in better hands, you’ll be lucky if you get her!
