10 minutes for host to say hello, dirty dishes left on tables next to mine, food took forever, had to ask for app/bread plates to be cleared, quality of steak was sub-outback, lobster was decent
NIGHTMARE Our waiter was obviously in a hurry when he brought our food. He was very young and had only started serving a month ago. There were four in our party celebrating our sons' 34th birthday. In the process of placing my meal in front of me, he knocked over my glass of champagne. It poured on to my plate and soaked my shirt, pants, underwear and socks. The manager came over and apologized and said she would provide a complimentary glass of champagne and could provide me with a chef's coat which I politely refused. The food was taken away and returned cold. This celebration was ruined. Our son had had enough and insisted further action needed to be taken by Morton's. I didn't even look at the check but our son said $100+ was taken off of it. We have been to Morton's on a regular basis for quite a number of years. I don't know if we will return. Yes, it was an accident and I assured the waiter of that fact and a generous tip was given to him as well as the valet. I would like to speak with someone higher up in management!
I requested a table move bc two women were talking in those really loud voices that women often use with the cackling laughs. But it was granted with a smile. The service was impeccable, the food (oysters, onion rings, spinach with mushrooms and filet mignon) was delicious and my old fashioned was excellent. I got a glass of the super tuscan with my steak and while not at the level I normally drink, was the best of their available glasses, and was certainly more than adequate. It was a very enjoyable evening, and I'll be back.
Leann was our excellent server. Never wanted for anything and anticipated our needs. Gave us her recommendations for sides - spot on. We were celebrating our son's birthday and the establishment made it special for us. Pittsburgh Morton's is a class act all the way around.
Lisa, the manager, seems to always be there. Her team members all work together and therefore we receive exceptional service. Bridal, Heather, Paul, Jeff and i know I am forgetting others, however it is our favorite steak house downtown.
We always have a great experience when we eat at Morton's. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. Our favorite steakhouse in Pittsburgh.
It was a celebratory evening, the hosts and wait staff were excellent, professionaly and very friendly and the food was delicious. The specials and all the food and desserts were wonderful. We will be back!
The service was perfect. The food was perfect and the atmosphere was perfect. We went for our anniversary on a Wednesday night. We had the restaurant to ourselves. Waiter was very patient with us and we got a free dessert for our anniversary. 10/10 all around

We really enjoyed our dinner at Morton's. Everything tasted great. We recommend to Tomahawk steak, lobster mac & cheese, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, oysters, smoked gouda au graten potatoes and add a side of lobster tail! Be careful not to get full on the delicious bread that's served before your dinner arrives, Yum!

We had an amazing dinner at Morton's to celebrate my wife's birthday. They made the evening special and the food was SO good. Our table shared the Tomahawk steak, lobster Mac and cheese, some oysters, smoked gouda au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. It was hard to pick a favorite because everything was so amazing. To top it all of, they gave us a molten chocolate lava cake for free. Would definitely eat there again!
Had a great dinner at Morton’s. My party really enjoyed their bread, steak and rack of lamb.

We were shoed into a table that was way to close to the others when there were many open. This is the third time in several months this has happened. Additionally as we were eating our salad, they brought our entrees.....you pay way too much at Morton's to not be given the time to enjoy our food. Very sad this is what this restaurant has turned into. It used to be iconic...
Is place you to go nd treat urself good
