I visited Pittsburgh alone for a car show. I went to Morton's to sit at the bar because I go regularly in my home town with my wife. It felt exactly the same, the food was identical and the experience was as expected. What a great chain, you get what you expect, always great and service with a smile!

Patrick was our waiter, who did an excellent job. He was attentive and personal. They pay attention to details, it was our 42nd anniversary. The hostess greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary and there was a sign on the table with rose petals, wishing us a happy anniversary. The food as always was perfect and delicious. Of course we will be returning!

Back to back, on 2 separate dates (Mother's Day, yesterday), incorrect meals brought to the table even though servers read orders back. Instead of getting the price of yesterday's meal (not both just the screwed up one) taken off the bill we get apologies and manager telling us we get appetizers and drinks on the house next visit - have enjoyed the restaurant in the past but not sure there will be any more visits
