This is a LEGIT Korean restaurant❤️ the food is just so good. I ordered Korean spicy rice cake, Kimchi stew, stone hot bibimbap and LA Galbi. All of them were soooo delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and visit again!! 😊

The bibimbap has large portions and is so flavorful with tons of veggies. And their chicken wings are deliciously fried.

Me and My fiancé are here on our trip to pittsburgh, and it was the best meal we ever had. The service was amazing, and the staff was very good with answering any questions we had about the food. It definitely made our night!

This place is grossly misrepresented and overlooked. The wife and I ate here for dinner several times and we loved every experience. One of the most authentic Korean restaurants in Pittsburgh.

Great Korean place with an authentic selection of dishes. They are hands down our favorite spot based on flavor and value for money.
The place is a bit small and they rush you out on busy days but we like the food and keep going back.

Restaurantji Recommends
My visit to Nak Won Gardon was, unfortunately, a letdown from start to finish. We were excited for a authentic Korean experience, but that's not what we received.
The first issue was the service; despite the restaurant not being very busy, our food came out incredibly slow. There were long, awkward waits between ordering, receiving the side dishes, and finally getting our main courses.
When the food did arrive, it was mediocre at best. The marinated meats we ordered for the grill were surprisingly tough and chewy, lacking the tenderness and flavor you'd expect. The other dishes we tried, like the bibimbap, were bland and felt like they had been sitting for a while.
For the price point, the quality was just not there. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to others seeking good Korean food. There are much better options in the area.

Great homestyle Korean food- a rarity in Pittsburgh. My only complaint is that it’s a bit expensive.
I thought the service was friendly and efficient, so I’m unsure what all the complaints are about. They do seem to aim for an efficient turnover, but we didn’t feel rushed in any way and ended up staying until closing time.
Neither of us had trouble finding parking on a Friday night.
