Price used to be appropriate. Would order a calzone at least once a week until they increased the price by $5. Sucks that they made it unaffordable to eat there. Best calzones in PGH but definitely not for that much. Sucks. But I refuse to eat anything from there until the price comes down.

Let me start by saying that I haven’t been to Napoli’s Pizzeria in over 20yrs (since I went to Taylor Allderdice). While waiting in line figuring out what I want to eat. I had seen all the single slices from the eight cut mediums in the window. Deciding that an 8 slice medium pizza isn’t enough, I ordered a Large pepperoni (12 cut) for $25.68 with putting a $3 tip in the jar. To make a long story short, I paid for a Large 12 cut and got a medium 12 cut. What a friggin rip off!!!!! no wonder I haven’t been there since before 2002. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THAT BUSINESS. If you choose to spend your hard earned money there, buy it by the slice and bring your own Pepsi.

This is my least favorite pizza shop on Murray Ave. Everything except the service and staff is average. Nothing remarkable or memorable to be honest.

I moved to Pittsburgh from New York a year ago and have tried over 20 pizza places all terrible, sweet sauce , raw crust , tonight I stopped here at Napoli and got a great surprise a nice crispy slice with good sauce and cheese the best I’ve had in Pittsburgh

Napolis has some of, if not, the best pizza in Pittsburgh. Always delicious and consistent. Been patronizing for 40 years and will continue to do so!

Over 30 minute wait for a hot sausage hoagie and grilled chicken hoagie ( bun on side ) ordered in store the order passed thru 3 people and they still got it wrong, at least 5 pizzas and hoagies went in and came out of the oven while I waited
2 girls a young man in the back working the grill and fryer and a pizza maker
Claudio /Jack and Dick would have never had a customer waiting that long for a damn hoagie …….. I know I worked there !!!
Thought it would be faster because it’s a give mi the drive to get there …. NOPE
