Amazing ice cream and cookie dough! This place makes you feel welcome and absolutely delivers!

Our first time at this location and the staff especially Chris made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Chris' interaction with the customers is top notch. My girlfriend and I both left there stating that he is great at what he does. Very professional and personable. Oh and the ice cream was fantastic. Looking forward to going back again!

The icecream was good. The amount of time it took was not worth it. There were 3 younger employees working their tale off tonight going as fast as they possibly could. At one point there were 7 people waiting inside for their orders to be made and we counted almost 16 for online orders. Someone came in to pick up their order from online and were told they'd have to wait 20 minutes. I gave this place a 3 star review because I hope upper management sees the importance of timely service. People order online out of ease, I felt bad I wad being served before him when he clearly put his order in first. This all wouldn't bother me so bad had I not known there were at least 2 either managers or owners in the back. A 3rd one brought them drinks grin Starbucks and they couldn't pitch in? As a previous manager at multiple businesses I would have stepped in and helped. Not only for the customers but for the employees. Show them they are valued and you care for them or you will have to hire other people. It's the whole mentality, "if they don't care why should we?" Kudos to the 3 employees tonight, they kept a smile on their face and kept plugging away.

This was the best experience I've ever had at any food store in my whole entire life. the treatment they provided to me and my friends was out of the league of any other establishment I've visited in my 16 years on this earth. If I had the time resources and money I would make it so that this establishment was The most well-funded establishment in the country. thank you so much to the fine workers here Josh out

Pricy but very good, kids love it, different and they put a lot of effort into to it, so it's probably priced right

Great service during curbside pickup. Order was done perfectly and packaged great. We called and asked about food allergies and easily got info we needed.

The hibachi of ice cream! Beautiful and delicious works of art. The kids loved it! We loved it! Family friendly, affordable, clean. We will be back!

Great experience, the staff were really nice, great location, the inside has a great design, and being able to see them make your dessert is the best. Its so cool

First timer and loved the ice cream. Very unique and absolutely delicious. Only suggestion I'd make is more friendly music. Walked in to trap music being played over the loud speakers and I hate rap music as it mostly disrespects women so I was appalled that a business would play such music. I watched a family come in and walk right out without even looking at the menu. I have a huge intuition they left because of the music. I would of too if I was with child as the music blaring over the loud speakers was not family friendly.

Loved this place!! The Banana Berry Cherry is soo delicious!!

Stopped in as part of a birthday celebration and turned out to be the best way to end our day.

Closed or at least I couldn't find it. Their website is poorly maintained (I guess) bc they said it's open.
