I took my Sons here in March 2025 for a new place to Get Some pizza. My boys both love it and we wanted to find a different place to try….it was a great pizza. The indoor area was a little small but understandable because it wasn’t really a sit down type place more of a pick it up and go….but with the kids, we wanted to just eat there and they accommodated us very well! Pizza dough was great and we ate up the whole pie between the 3 of us!

The pizza is decent but the service is terrible. I have ordered from here two times and every time they have forgotten my sides of ranch after making it a point on my second order to make sure it was brought, they still came without. Called after and was told it was a call answering service because it was no longer open and would have to try again the next day despite calling during their listed business hours.

Bad quality, bad customer service, no accountability for dirty/contaminated/stale food/virus or bacteria infested food. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch XL. When I arrived for pickup, they were just making my pizza when I arrived. If you want a waste of time, money, and the contents of your bowels to be exited from your stomach, go to Nicks Pizza. I attempted to eat this dirty contaminated virus or bacteria infested food three times, every time almost like clockwork it came out the other end. The pizza seemed a little undercooked when I started to eat it. The shop had flies flying around, and the kitchen looked absolutely filthy from the front counter. The cook had filth all over him. They said they only cooked the pizza for 10 minutes, to come back in 10. I called back explaining the situation to them, and they blame me for getting sick after eating their pizza. I asked the manager if I could speak to the owner, she said he wasn't available. I asked to give them another chance by offering a pizza either at cost or half off, to my surprise, they said no. They don't stand behind anything, including their food and customers. Skip this place, it's lost everything that made it what it was before Nick and Tom sold it.
My son, my father and I had a great experience at Nick’s pizza on Thursday (12/26/2024) in the evening. George recommended that we shared a personal pizza. It was huge, tasty and freshly made to order. We all really enjoyed it. Thank you George and Gretchen for making tasty pizza and for offering outstanding customer service, too!

Changed for the worse. Order two grilled chicken salads as I have done in the past. Unfortunately that is not what I received. The chicken in the salad was a packaged shredded type chicken that was flavorless. If this is your new chicken you need to change the description on your menu. Not sure if a change or omission, but we did not receive the breadstick listed on the menu. Only giving two stars as the vegetables were fresh.
I ordered 2: 1/2steak hoagies. They charged me the price of two halfs which I'm fine with. Most places will charge you the price of 1 whole hoagie.
Anyway. About the hoagie itself. At least the bread was fresh. That's the only positive thing about the hoagie. The meat was impossibly horrible and extremely over cooked. They also use canned mushrooms. Which, no Pizza shop should ever use canned mushrooms. If I return, I will not be getting a hoagie. I wouldn’t mind trying their pizza.

This pizza shop hands down is amazing! The staff is amazing! Another pizza shop let me down for a surprise party and they told me when I was suppose to pick up. I called nicks frantic hoping they could help me out. They did they had the pizzas ready in 20 minutes! Hands down the best service I have had and the pizza is amazing as well! Thank you Nick’s pizza for saving the day!

All around disappointing experience. Pizza while it looked good and even smelled good, wasn’t quite done. No big deal, just threw it in the oven for 5-6 minutes. But there was hardly any sauce and the pie just didn’t have any taste to it. Hot pepper cheese balls were gross, undercooked as well. We only ate three or four and threw the rest away, doubt the air fryer could even save them. Italian hoagie was also tasteless but at least it was fully cooked. The lady behind the counter was nice tho.
