Top notch for breakfast and the wait staff was particularly kind. We had several questions and they were patient. Would recommend!

I loved it all . This is a laid back place that just has good food and friendly service. Thank you for being so hospitable to a couple new mexicans, checking out pittsburgh for the first time.

I used to go to Nicky’s all the time when I worked downtown. I love the breakfast options. Now I make a point to go in and still eat there. The friendly atmosphere and diner experience is great when downtown. The sandwiches/wraps are also great!

I have some good breakfasts here , lunch is hit and miss. I’ve never had a Philly sandwich I didn’t enjoy until this one . Paper thin, no meat and dry.

Forget that hotel breakfast food, this little place was found via an internet app. I had the three egg Western Omelete, nice slices of ham inside with potatoes and rye bread. My wife had scrambled eggs with nice thick bacon and the usual whole wheat toast and potatoes. The potatoes weren't the best looking visually, but I ate mine, and mywife did not. Breakfast for two in downtown Pittsburgh including coffee, was under $26.00 plus tip.
The service was awesome it felt very welcoming and the food was delicious. The Belgian waffle was my favorite! I would definitely come back here!
An authentic diner atmosphere is just the start. My family and I found this 5-star hideaway while visiting Pittsburgh last week: great food, coffee, and service - all reasonably priced. I wish I could find a gem like this in the DC area. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!!
