They automatically charged 20% of service charge on a single meal without telling me about it. This is a horrible practice. I gave them additional 20% tips on top of total bill. I would stay away from #Nick'sThaiKitchen!

Food was very good and the service was attentive and efficient. Outdoor patio is comfortable and nicely designed. A quick storm moved us inside, but never missed a step.
This place has the best Thai food I've ever had. Our experience was so great. The atmosphere is very clean and pretty. The service was great. Our waitress was super helpful at helping us gauge the heat level, and explaining dishes to us. Can't wait to come back next month!

Beautiful restaurant. Kind employees. I ordered the wrong meal and they set me up with a new dish. I’d eat here everyday if I could!
The appetizer was amazing. The pad Thai wasn't my favorite, but other members of my group liked it. Expensive as well. $21 for entree.

They have been on a major decline over the past 5-10 years. Note they previously had a forced closure as ordered by the health department. One of the more expensive Thai places in the city. Combined with their food being mediocre at best, this is a place to avoid. Go to pusadees, noodle head, Thai tamarind or literally any other Thai restaurant if you want a decent meal. It is unfortunate as they used to be a very solid choice for Thai.

Only ordered takeout but this location is significantly more consistent than the downtown location w portion sizes, and flavorsDietary restrictions: One of my staple takeout places because they are so good for people who are vegan and gluten free.

Wish I lived in the area to eat there more often.
Food was good, but automatically adding 20% tip and asking for more tip on the check is sketchy. Also no baby changing table in the bathroom.
