Legitimately some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Absolutely incredible food and service. The dumplings and spring rolls were favs for appetizers. For entree the pad see eaw and Thai fried rice were incredible. I can’t wait to go back.
The food was average but acceptable. However, adding 20 percent gratuity to the check in advance and notating it as a service fee is underhanded and presumptive. Tipping is at the discretion of the customer and should not be assumed. Are you hoping the customer will overlook your tactic and add an additional tip? Will not be back!
We stopped by Nicky's Thai Kitchen on Christmas Eve when many places were closed and were glad to find them open. We were greeted at the front and seated toward the back near the kitchen. The space is beautifully done, and even on a holiday evening it felt lively yet comfortable.
