My experience here has evolved over the years. The food is usually good. It was already expensive a few years ago, and recently they hiked the prices. On top of that they now add a mandatory 20% service fee + an additional dining fee onto the bill without warning. What used to be $80+ tip for 4 of us is now $125+ for the same food. Doesn't add up.
Good atmosphere for family gatherings. Don't order the soft shell crab on the special menu. It was one of the worst items I ever had. Sad that I ordered it on my birthday. It's not prepared correctly. Everyone else was happy with their meal, pad thai, spicy noodle, and Thai beef salad.
We always have a fantastic meal. The soft shell crab dish was definitely not a favorite. Such a delicate dish, you truly can destroy it with too much breading and sauce. We could not taste the soft shell crab at all. Definitely over breaded and sauced . All the other dishes were wonderful as always.
