I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this one had me seething. Pizza isn’t great, but fine. The issue is with the staff. They’re rude and dismissive, especially towards kids. 10-15 minutes doesn’t mean 10-15 minutes either, it could take twice that and you’d never know because they’ll just keep repeating 10-15 minutes while rolling their eyes at you. It’d be nice when F&F opens next door and puts them out of their misery.

Place has really gone downhill from what I had as a kid.
They have a water cooler but they keep filling the same bottle up with tap water. Breadsticks were burnt. Meatballs were cold, I’m guessing they were pre-cooked or frozen and heated up in the microwave.
Dining area floors and tables extremely dirty and not well kept.
Ordered a cheesesteak and got gyro meat.
Pro’s pizza isn’t bad definitely thin crust is the best they offer, solid 7.0 for conveyor belt pizza and food comes out pretty quickly and there is an ice cream store next door.

I got a large pizza, it is amazing delicious . I can’t stop eating lol. The price is much cheaper then other pizza shops and the Large size of them is same size of Extra Large of other places.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but after my last visit there, this will be the last time I ever order from this place. I got my buffalo chicken pizza one hour and 40 minutes after calling on the phone to order. When I called at 6 PM the lady said it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes, I got there at 6:45, and was left waiting one hour until my pizza was ready. Once I got my pizza this was the disappointing result I got. The crust was almost entirely raw, and it’s not even shaped properly. For $20. This was very disappointing.

i ordered the baked ziti and it went straight in the trash. watery, overcooked, under seasoned. absolute waste of over $20.
My order was wrong, service wasn’t quick. My husband and I both thought that the food was ok but a little bland. I don’t plan on returning

Bad pizza, not much to it. Airport Sbarro quality. Ordering by the slice will get you luke-warm pizza that’s been sitting in a cheap pizza heater which they will not warm or crisp in the oven due to “health reasons”. Worked in a pizza shop for years and never heard that rule. Just bad pizza. Quoting my dad: “terrible.”

Best pizza in Pittsburgh. It was the first thing my parents ate when they moved here 15 years ago and we still get it regularly! We get the Little Nippers Special Pizza Pie and I have yet to meet someone who doesn't love it. We always get it for parties and it's a huge success! The restaurant is also located in a lovely area and there are many other things (like some of the best ice cream ever) just a few buildings away! Highly recommend!

Great classic comfort pizza. The one annoying thing is that there is a light behind a rotating fan, so it kind of flickers in a distracting way when the fan is on. But, no big deal
