We had an absolutely lovely time. I haven't been to a noodles and company in years and this was my first time back. I want to thank the staff for the patience that had while I was looking through the menu I love and haven't had in so long. I also want to give special shout outs to their recommendations and ability to change the recipes. I can't have mushrooms, but that wasn't a problem here. They took our order, which was a little big for two people, and got everything right!
Unfortunately, someone who had ordered after us was named Ryan, and we were named Ray. He had grabbed our order since he was standing closer. Without hesitation, the staff immediately started working on making us our new order (they even noticed as the guy was walking off and we didn't even need to say anything). They not only apologized, they made our food the second time while maintaining the same quality and sticking to my restrictions without needing reminded. This team today did a wonderful job. And when our food was ready, we happily grabbed everything and they were still apologetic and kind. They offered a BOGO coupon even though we hadn't asked. As someone who works in a similar food setting, I am more than pleased to see not only how this team communicated but also handled everything. It was not their fault that Ryan was in a haste, but they did everything right. Thank you all for being my first experience back.

I’m glad my son is a picky eater and didn’t eat but 1/4 of his Mac and cheese. None of the food workers had gloves on!! I even watched a guy drop a piece of chicken on the counter then use his bare fingers to put it into the container. Disgusting!! Based on the previous reviews it sounds like management is not taking food safety very seriously so I will also be contacting the health dept. I cannot believe it’s that much to ask for to handle food correctly.

The food is usually pretty good, but my wife and I have decided not to go back if a certain cashier is there taking orders. I fully understand trying to upsell as it’s part of the job, but when I say MULTIPLE times what I want, just leave it. My wife and I BOTH said multiple times that we just wanted small plates. We were met with this cashier relentlessly trying to get us to get regular sized meals. Even after we finally managed to order and pay, he asked us why. I shouldn’t have to explain why I want what I ordered. Please just let people order in peace. I shouldn’t have to argue about what size meal I would like to order.
Came in thinking I was gonna have dinner, turns out I came in for a teensie tiny little snack even though I didn’t order a small. I’d rather have taken $14 elsewhere and got a full bowl of food instead of this small amount that doesn’t even fill the bowl they put it in halfway.

While walking through the mall, I saw Noodles & Co. on the way out and decided to give it a try as it looked like one of the more “healthier” places in the food court for a takeout dinner.I’m a vegetarian so I ordered the LEANguini fresca. It’s made to order, so there was about a 5 minute wait.What impressed me the most, was one of the employees, Connor.I watched in awe as he took care of the customer in front of me- as a young man. he was so kind and friendly, offered suggestions and just genuinely enjoyed his job and helping people! It was so refreshing to see.The other customer and I couldn’t believe the service he was giving, and when it was my turn- he was just as friendly and helpful, and walked me through the process since it was my first time there.We both tipped him for his service- that’s how good he was, and as the first person to greet you at this restaurant- this is the kind of employee you want for your business.He made everyone feel welcome and special…something you rarely see in the service industry these days.He deserves to be recognized & rewarded for exceptional customer service!Overall, it was a great experience and the food was surprisingly good!Connor talked me into paying $1.00 more to get the larger portion size, and I’m glad I listened to him! He said I could eat the leftovers the next day…and I did;)I will definitely go back again & try other options on the menu & customize my order even more. I’d probably add more veggies to my order & a little less oil.Give this place a try next time you’re at the mall, it won’t disappoint!

food and staff are always nice when coming here but unfortunately i placed an order for my mom here last night, for a salad with chicken, (wednesday the 31st) and the very next day (today) at about 7am my mom felt VERY under the weather. she started off feeling very nauseous along with what felt like fever symptoms as well. a couple hours later she went and began throwing up for hours on end. we thought about if she caught a stomach bug or if it was food poisoning and it seems it’s food poisoning and unfortunately we are thinking it came from here, after narrowing it down, and seeing another review from not too long ago mentioning how a family also came here to eat and everyone got sick. lucky for me, i didn’t place an order here and had gotten food from somewhere else and i seem just fine. she’s the only person that ate here and is dealing with this now, so unfortunately it makes sense. it’s a shame too because i really did enjoy eating here.
