Normally I would get my usual lunch special when I’m on my overtime shift from 9am to 715. This place is my go to.
Chicken Parmesan with Alfredo was always my favorite to eat and pick off of when I got home. But today, it wasn’t it. It was extremely salty.
The fountain drink machine stopped working due to co2 not being operational so drinks were super bitter and sour.
What happened guys?

I want to give a shout out to George for his excellent customer service tonight. I ordered my meal through the noodles app and door dash or Uber eats was supposed to deliver it. After 2 hours, my meal was still not delivered. I called the store and spoke to George and asked if I could pick it up instead. Once I arrived to the store, George was kind enough to make us a new meal, give us 2 coupons, and request a refund for me for the inconvenience. Even though this inconvenience wasn’t on noodles, George was kind enough to go above and beyond for us.Thank you for the excellent customer service, noodles never disappoints!

We had the opportunity to visit Noodles and Co and they did an amazing job asking if gluten free was a preference or an allergy. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the person waiting on us was very knowledgeable of what needed to be changed to make it gluten free. Everything tasted excellent and I had no issues. My 3 stars on atmosphere was because the restaurant was VERY cold.

Okay here's my thing -- the food is consistently really good. I love the pad thai, my boyfriend loves the buttered noodles. The only issue is that every time, without fail, no matter the location we go to, we both always get a horrible, gut wrenching stomach ache. And not the type that ends kindly, if you know what I mean. When I came here yesterday, you bet I ate that pad thai right up because I'm a hungry college student and I wanted some pad thai. But after getting back to my dorm and resting for a bit, let's just say I might've waited a bit too long before standing back up. I'll let your imagination finish the story. I love you, noodles, but you don't love me.
Had the chicken Parmesan was ok seemed like just a frozen microwave meal from the grocery store. Service was great though. Kids Mac and cheese was good.

Used the app to order for 12:15PM around 11:40. My app said “in progress” so I walked across town to grab my food. Got there at 12:16 and it said “Ready” and it was not. I waited until the end of my lunch at 12:40 and still did not have my order or a refund. I was told at 12:35 the manager was in the back and I would have to wait to get a refund. I get it’s peak lunch hour but to spend $15 for food I didn’t even get and then walk back to the office hangry is not ideal.

First of all, when I walked in I was not acknowledged. Secondly, the cashier saw me and ignored and walked away like I was not there. I waited atleast 10 min without been acknowledged and no one took my order. At that time they not busy. Food didn't had any taste.
