Food is ridiculous good, service is very friendly, and we are regular customers. BUT they NEVER got our order right!!! NEVER!!!
They ALWAYS forgot one extra sauce or extra protein, or something else!! tonight I got chicken pasta and they COMPLETELY FORGOT my chicken!!!! That is just so frustrating and ridiculous.
The food tastes good, and I like how friendly the staff is, but PLEASE read my order before making it!!! I am so angry. So angry. Maybe will not comeback anymore.
They literally over charged me $3-5 every time by not forgetting something in my order. So ridiculous.

It you can’t afford hiring people don’t open a business, this location always have two cooks inside working, every time I come here I have to wait for at least 30 min for my order, no wonder why it’s empty, this is the last time I’m coming here, also if you’re short of workers, you can limit online orders instead of making people wait forever

I always order the chicken Pad Thai. This is my first time here and 3rd Noodles and Company. It tasted different and was way better than the other two. I actually saw the grill marks on the chicken. I have never seen that before and I got alot more.

I placed an order and the wait was about 30 minutes they had a young man light skin about 5'10 scratching his head without gloves handling food...I would also like to know why they're not required to use hair nets ...you can get 1000 of them for about $10 bucks. I really wish these restaurants are held to a higher standard for the safety and well being of the public.

Very disappointed in what has become of Noodles and Company in general-what happened to the pad Thai noodles? I don’t remember them being this thick and squishy …And the mac & cheese? It’s like somebody put smoked barbecue cheese over some cheap pasta. It was never like that before. All of this at about $15 per person with a drink. Nope. I’m good. Do better Noodles and Company…

Nice new place to get my noodles fix! I tried the Japanese udon noodles with tofu and it was excellent to eat right away! Mushroom soy only thing I need chopsticks ?. A girl would been better than the spoon furnished. I'll be back to try some other dish. Korean Teriyaki steak ? sound great.
