Appreciated the vegan sections of the menus at Mola and Tan Lac Vien! Unfortunately Mola had run out of the vegan salmon so there wasn’t the vegan salmon poke bowls or vegan salmon avocado rolls available, but the Inari Nigiri and Oshinko rolls were both delicious! There also seemed to be some onigiri options that are vegan (not listed on their online menu, seems to be only available at the Novo food hall location). There plenty of restaurants at the food hall, so everyone can choose what they want. Each place has at least one item. Most only have one though. We got a vegan chicken salad from Kung Fu Chicken (which I’m pretty sure was Gardein chicken). And we got vegan pho from Tan Lac Vien which had their own mini vegan menu. Had the cucumber and avocado specialty roll with vegan tuna—excellent and only $9. They had some tasty looking veg specials but I didn’t order since I’d been snacking through the Strip District already that day. Side of ginger was perfect, sharply flavored. Only downside is that I got a (small pour) glass of wine that was $13 which seemed expensive for what it was.
