I swear they're the only ones that have the common sense to plastic wrap their to go soup orders so it doesn't spill everywhere lol. I love the food!!! Love the service!! Always top notch

Severely understaffed location. It was a lot of waiting. No managers were circling the dining room to assist the waitstaff so they were pretty much on their own. Tables were piled high with dirty dishes so newly sat tables had to dine next to filth. No bussers to clear dishes so we had to get up and place our used dishes at another table to make room for our entrees. Haven't been to Olive Garden in years but maybe this is just the new normal.

First time back to an Olive Garden in a few years and I can see why I stayed away. Myself and two friends went for the Endless Soup, Salad, Breadstick situation for $12.99 and had to beg on our hands and knees for more breadsticks 3 times. The first basket came with 4 and the next two baskets came with 3. I loved my 3 breadsticks and two bowls of soup! L O L

Terrible service. This is not about the food but the terrible waitress that we had. The restaurant was not crowded at all, but the table beside us were seated 20 minutes after us, yet were gone well before us. My food, which arrived on a blistering hot plate from sitting under the heat lamps for too long, eventually got cold while I waited for our waitress to come back to ask for a drink refill. Mean while, the people sitting beside us had multiple visits from their waitress.

Food was good. We were there with our wheelchair bound child we were met at the door and seated with no wait.
The only complaint was that our waiter seemed to forget about us.
