Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I had a $25.00 gift card n my man paid for the rest Worst food I have ever had there n normally I'm very pleased with the past CHIEFS !!!!!!! NOT this time VERY DISAPPOINTED I should have talked to the manager but was hoping ok next thing she brings will be better at that time just Aggravated !!!! cause I really ate nothing there and paid for mine n my man's !!!!!! ate there November 17th around 2 pm I had shrimp which was cold n slimmy who doesn't like shrimp but this shrimp was SLIMMY and absolutely NO GOOD TASTE spit it out on plate n Cold Chicken!!! what do you want instead than so I got 5 ravioli they CAN'T screw that up !!! meat sauce smelled Disgusting had to scrape it OFF!!!!!! but ravioli was good so I just ate that and I told her it's not your fault they most be NEW to the KITCHEN WORST FOOD!!!!!! I've ever had THERE n I've been going there for a Long TIME n NEVER EVER disappointed BEFORE!!! Waitress very young stickers on her face

We waited a half hour and the place was empty. They said they needed 2 waiters but we only had one. We were 6 adults and 4 kids. We were not asked if we wanted refills for anything drinks, salad or soup. They gave us a new waitress who was extremely sweet . The food was ok the pasta was over cooked in some and under cooked with hard pieces. The olive garden in Robinson twp. Was terrible. It's the way the restaurant is being managed.

Have not been to Olive Garden since 2019 and boy, nothing has changed. The server had a good attitude even when the restaurant was full, however, service was horrible. After the soup/salad was brought to us, we did not see our server until the food was brought to us (maybe 20 min). Had to ask another server to get ours. When the food arrived, it was at room temperature. We did not say anything due to the extent of wait time and by that time, we just wanted to leave. As3ntuoned at the begining, nothing has changed but the price. Subpar food, negligible service and overpriced. Better local options that provide great service and food. No need to return.

Over cluttered, all workers were sick. The salmon was so nasty, I will never order it there again. It tasted like some other meat. They didnt charge me, but I had high expectations for it, being that it was from Olive G.

Waitress Megan was not very attentive, when we did see her we had to ask for refills, our meal came before our refill of soup and salad, then she had the nerve to ask if we still wanted it. We'll yeah, I'm paying for refills, not my fault you never came back to check on us. Will definitely go to Triadelphia WV next time. Paid the bill and then she came and asked is there anything else I can get for you, REALLY we are paid and ready to leave Very poor service, definitely needs retrained

Great food other than random pasta in with other pasta and chicken for my chicken parm was little over done from the oven .
Service was realy bad and forgetful of stuff to the Table of drinks and broccoli add on to a pasta for my dad.

We have excellent service evertime we go, as well as the food is always so delicious!
Last time we went our waitress was the best! I cant remember her name but she will know her best friend has horses and my daughter lost her first ever tooth that day! She went above and beyond! So thank you

I'm a fanatic of good Italian bread, but these things called breadsticks are not even worthy of a Chef Boyardee meal. They itself would be 1 star.
