This is a must visit if you are in town. They care about their coffee and have the best cup around. Don’t miss their Sunday brunch either!

Was in town for business and stopped in. Food was really good and really enjoyed the chai tea. The person behind the counter was super friendly. Nice way to wind down a busy day.

Very nice experience here! Quick service, delicious drinks, and a clean and cozy shop. I love that it's one of the rare coffee shops that actually are open late!

This cafe is approaching something great, but it fails in other ways. The good is better than average, but nothing great. The space is vacuous and cold. All the hard surfaces echo and amplify sounds. It's fine for a quick bite, but there are other locations nearby that are better for a

The coffee shop meat situation in mt lebanon is untenable. Uptown a vastly inferior option with essentially only baked goods (mostly cookies) and orbis a superior play but no bagel sandwiches, weird veggies in the breakfast wraps (which also dont contain meat).

Awesome cafe! One of the best lox bagels I’ve ever had, a good matcha latte, and it was pretty cheap!

Great for cocktails! Our bartender was great — friendly and made delicious cocktails. Between four of us we had at least 6 different kinds and all were great. It’s a pretty bar and not very crowded. We will definitely return.

I have a couple of complaints and a suggestion or two. Warning: If you plan to stay for an extended period of time (2 or 3 hours), be sure to call ahead to confirm they are open. They have a bad habit of frequently posting an index card-sized “sign” on their door indicating they are closing early (like four hours early!). The reason why this is a problem is because if you pay for your parking before going in, you will lose some or most of your parking fee because you have to leave early--and parking is not inexpensive on Washington Road! I think Orbis should... (1) change their website to indicate that they usually close at a certain time, but that you should always call ahead because they may/often change their hours without much notice. I’ve never been there in 2023 when they’ve had a shortage of employees, so that can’t be an excuse for closing early; (2) post when changing your hours days in advance on both your website and door-front; (3) you should thank your customers when you give them a tip, and especially when it’s for more than double the amount you spent on their products; (4) dont walk up to just a few patrons to tell them you are closing early. Either tell everyone, or tell no one; (5) post your change-in-hours on a much larger sign on your doors (an index card? Really?). 6) It’s really annoying when one of you tells customers 45 minutes in advance--while they are trying to enjoy what they just purchased--that you’re closing early. Just make a general announcement five minutes early. Any sooner is rude. Notwithstanding my remarks, it’s a decent place to visit.

I was there for a charity event. They had delicious snack type food. My chai tea was absolutely delicious. Service was great and everyone very friendly. Much of the historic charm of the building is intact. The only reason for a 4 on atmosphere was the music was a little too loud.
