Our Little Secret Cafe & Catering

I was at an event on 8/30/25 that Our Little Secret catered. The menu was fried chicken, pork barbeque, hamburgers, hot dogs, macaroni & potato salads. The food had been delivered cold and if the food items were reheated it would have made matters worse. The caterer did not know what he was doing and left before everything was set up. The chicken and hamburgers were dried out and the hot dogs were to be grilled but were boiled instead. The only food that was tolerable was the barbeque but it was cold. The rolls were hard on the top and mushy from being wet on the bottom and the strawberry salad had maybe 10 slices of strawberries. It was to worst catered food that I have ever tasted. I feel for the clients who hired this organization. The majority of the food was tossed into the trash. I will tell everyone that I know to avoid this company at all costs..

Shh…do not tell anyone how GREAT this place is. Let’s keep it our little secret. Especially the take out dinners and soups!!

I bought a stuffed cabbage entree. There were 6 cabbages that cost over $17 & I will have to throw them all away! They tasted like someone emptied a salt shaker into the mixture. They are (in a word) AWFUL!!! I also bought some other already prepared entrees & hopefully I won’t need to dump them also.
As far as service goes: the man rang up my purchase, 5 containers, handed me 2 plastic bags & walked away.
I don’t think I’ll be back there any time soon. The final cost for those entrees was $82.66. I think the very least he could have done was bag them for me!!

Was enjoying a fine birthday lunch today- when a man came in looking for a job. While they did fairly gently explain to him that they don't hire anyone who doesn't speak English - after the applicant left, they continued to talk about him. Figuring if they asked for a drivers license, that would end the conversation. Then questioning how he was able to have a driver's license if he doesn't speak English 🙄. Saying that they should have asked if he's even legally allowed to work here. And various other comments that made it clear they weren't interested in hiring anyone who didn't meet their profile. We tipped, though not much, and left. We've enjoyed our experiences there before, but we won't be back.

Everything was great!

Zach greeted me as I enter service was great the breakfast was delicious the sausage gravy was great season perfect complement to cook will be back again food was fresh and delicious 😋

This place is highly overrated. Scrambled eggs was a pile of overcooked, brown, fried mess. Hashbrowns were overcooked and greasy, not even tasting like potatoes. Wouldn’t have ordered them if I knew that had onions and peppers? in them because I can’t eat those things. Biscuits were so dry that I couldn’t even poke it with a fork without crumbling apart. French toast was an undercooked mushy lump. The place is filthy and in disrepair. The only good parts of this meal and experience were the service, the orange juice, and the bacon.

If you enjoy watching 20 boxes of to go orders be made and bagged up before you even order any food this is the place to go. I’ve had the food before here and it was awesome, but today left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt we will be back. I understand it’s a Saturday morning and it’s busy but whenever you have customers in house waiting to order food and the employees are busy bagging up boxes of food while complaining about it ( I don’t blame them), that isn’t fair to the employees or customers. I hope the to go orders tip as well as the in house customers, because you lost mine.

I drive past this place all the time and finally stopped in. Got a big breakfast platter and everything came out great. The staff was awsome too. I'm definitely going back again

We had Our Little Secret cater a baby shower in November. Missy & Zack were wonderful to work with in deciding on the menu for our event. The food delivery was right on time and the presentation was great. The food was delicious and our guests were complimenting everything served. I would wholeheartedly recommend Our Little Secret for any catering. It was our first time working with them but they will be my first call for any future events.
