My friend groups home away from home. We probably get on their nerves, but we love their service and drinks, so they’ll have to deal with us. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Sat down with a group of 5 for 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Talked to the manager to let them know we hadn't seen our server yet. We were sitting outside, and we looked inside the window and saw 2 servers looking at us and pointing. Waited another 10 minutes and still no server. At this point, we decide we're just going to leave. As we left, we asked the host why hadn't been served. She responded with "I don't know. " Then we asked to talk to the manager again. The host went to get the manager and we could visibly see the conversation taking place. We noticed the manager looking over at us and looked scared to come over and communicate with us. Needless to say we will NEVER eat at OTB.

Always a good time. Probably my favorite burger and fry combo plates in PGH - haven’t had a bad one, yet. And the people are fantastic, from those working there to the people hanging out. And they’re consistent! Consistency is key.

I had a great experience with OTB! As a solo diner sometimes your experience can be a little rushed, but Caroline was an amazing bartender and took the time to make sure I was taken care of.

Date 10/ 5/2024 Couple things I got a blood blister from pinching my fingers in the stool at one of the tables trying to scootch in. They could probably use a tighten if possible.

Only ONE waitress she was running around constantly. Doing a great job for the amount of help she had.

I ordered the bmx burger “medium rare”. It was “well done” and I’m pretty sure it was missing the OTB special sauce. I will almost never send back food but I didn’t.

Everything was fine but I was expecting the place to be a little bit better, small injury aside. It was aggressively fine. Would try again.

Wow, I can’t express how disappointing this experience was. A host of a restaurant is the face of what a restaurant experience is. Madison was anything but welcoming, and professional. She was Extremely rude and miserable. Pretty sure it is standard to welcome guests in…. She performed all tasks as if it were a bother. This is a customer service industry. Shame on her and if it’s her lack of training then shame on OTB.
Food was all cold. Even asking for silverware and napkins was a chore for her. Bad service news travels fast.

This is the ONLY OTB we go to. Even though we live a little closer to Hastings and parking is a bear on the South Side, this location has the BEST menu. The burgers are excellent, they have amazing shrimp tacos and THE BEST FRIES WE HAVE EVER HAD. Seriously, it boggles my mind that the other locations don't have the same menu as this location.

We were told that the owner was planning to change the menu of this location to align with the other two and honestly, I think that's a huge mistake. This one is the OG and the best. PLEASE don't mess with success!

We first stopped into OTB in 2011 and fell in love with their burgers and awesome beer offerings. Fast forward 13 yrs and they still offer and awesome burger, great beer and coctails.
Located in the southside of Pittsburgh on Carson Street. They have "bike parking" out front. Fun intetior with bikes and cycling related decor, its fun and inviting. Great service and awesome burgers. Our favorite is The Dirt Rag Delight- burger, peanut butter, pickles and american cheese! This is AMAZING!!!!! Check them out!!!
