I’ve ordered several charcuterie boards and grazing boxes from these wonderful women. They are so accommodating. I mistakenly placed my order for the wrong day. They worked quickly to put a board together.

I worked with Shaquala and her team at PAIR on a catering order for two of our events. Both times Shaquala was so lovely to work with. She was accommodating and provided suggestions on what would be best for the size of crowd and type of event. The most recent catering order was this past weekend - the grazing charcuterie board that she prepared for us was beautiful and delicious! Everyone in attendance was asking who the caterer was. Truly was the highlight of our event! Highly recommend working with PAIR for your next event ✨

They did a beautiful job on the charcuterie boards we ordered for our party!! Everyone complimented them. Everything was fresh and yummy and the grapes were HUGE! They also delivered which was so helpful. Please support this business!

The coffee was good. Treats were ok. I would just suggest working on the customer service for a more welcoming experience.

I used to quite enjoy the business, they had diverse options that included vegan food. They no longer carry it so I am left to coffee, which I also used to enjoy so much. There is this one employee, I do not know their name, but they are simply rotten; they have blond hair, young, and are a little shorter. The first time they made me a drink it was wrong and then gave my friend and I a dirty look for her mistake. She put milk, and I had made it clear I was vegan, even her coworker which another young woman who is a bit taller knew it was supposed to be oat milk, and she apologized whilst her coworker said nothing. Now, on the other hand, the first time I went in almost a year, the taller young woman was there. She made the most wonderful coffee, and was so welcoming and kind. Unlike her coworker who makes drink that taste like bog water. The only good thing left that is good about the business is the taller young woman employee; she definitely deserves great recognition for the amazing work she does. I do think the shorter one needs learn some manners and respect, and that vegan options are brought back to the store. For now, two stars the the shoddy experience and lack of vegan food.

This is a cute little breakfast restaurant that I'm glad that I stumbled upon. The coffees are great and their breakfast sandwich has to be the best in the 'burgh

I would say I've become at least a semi regular since they have opened - and I have never been disappointed! Everything from the iced lattes, banana pudding, pasta salad & the paninis are incredible. Incredibly friendly staff and comfortable environment - you should stop by and grab something!

The gift recipient was absolutely delighted with the charcuterie boardI got from PAIR. I also love their breakfast sandwiches. They’re made on excellent bread. I did want a bacon egg and cheese and couldn’t get one as they didn’t have bacon prepped. I instead got a turkey sandwich which was delicious. I asked for a charcuterie board which they didn’t have prepped. I asked to pick up one at 12pm and received confirmation. When I went at 12pm they had not started prepping my order. I waited for about 25 minutes and received a gorgeous discounted charcuterie box as compensation. I did not ask for anything quite this size and it was clear they pushed excellent service to make up for the mistake. The girls are very sweet. The atmosphere is super cute. I don’t believe the pastries are made in house. My suggestion would be to have timely prep in the morning and to have small charcuterie boxes ready to go.

It’s a cute little shop and the staff was friendly. Not all that competent, but friendly. The coffee was horrible (regular hot, black) and the pastry was an affront to all things edible.
