Man Im really disappointed. My daughter and myself were there on a Saturday afternoon. No one even acknowledged we were at the counter for several minutes. They were so occupied with the drive thru and pickup orders. Most of the selections were empty and there was a wait on food. Once we ordered and sat down the food wasn't that great. Way too many vegetables in the chow mein very little noodles. And the meat was just ugh.

Stopped here the other night for takeout and sat in the drive-thru for over 35 minutes. Cars were popping the curb to exit and one got up to the window and just drove through instead of even getting their order they waited for. The woman doing drive-thru sounded miserable and was pretty rude which seems to be a theme at this location anymore! So sorry you have to work at your job? When I asked what's going on they said they were waiting for chow-mein. They're always slow and backed up here most nights so not sure if that is just the excuse for laziness or what the deal is. Similarly, if that is truly the case, like a McDonalds make people pull over into a spot who ordered that (or whatever food is out) so that the takeout line can keep moving and then bring those individuals food out to them. I don't think this location truthfully has the smarts or right management to run things properly nor sensibly. We will not be returning anymore.

Great portions, friendly staff. Went pretty late at night so I didn't expect much but the food was fresh and hot and the young woman running the drive through was incrediblely friendly.

So slow!!! Even when you put in an online order it always takes forever. There is always a long wait for your food to be done. I get it being once in awhile things get backed up but it’s CONSTANTLY! The food is also overpriced but if you’re gonna make the food overpriced atleast make your service more efficient.

Been going here for several years now and the last 6+ months have been beyond awful. We keep coming back because we hope it will turn around but the service is just so slow, the employees all look miserable and seemed bothered to do anything at all, and the food just tastes awful anymore. Nothing is made correctly. The super greens, among other things, are never ready and they just taste like water at this location. The old crew was so much better than this current one and Panda better rectify this location fast or we are giving up.

Try to give it a chance time after time but this location sucks between the food making me feel like 💩 and the employees standing around only focusing on doordashes and the drive thru…. and the ones one register either play with the phone or start flirting with the customers
