Been going here for several years now and the last 6+ months have been beyond awful. We keep coming back because we hope it will turn around but the service is just so slow, the employees all look miserable and seemed bothered to do anything at all, and the food just tastes awful anymore. Nothing is made correctly. The super greens, among other things, are never ready and they just taste like water at this location. The old crew was so much better than this current one and Panda better rectify this location fast or we are giving up.

Mobile order 8 pm on Monday and NO SUPER GREENS BECAUSE NOBODY CUT THEM! Ridiculous. I ask for refund.

They either have 1 person working or they slaughter food by the order. We got on pickup lane with 3 cars ahead of us on 09/01/25 around 5:37 pm and we didn’t get to the pick up window until 6pm. Ordered double walnut shrimp and double teriyaki chicken but it looked like single portions. Don’t think I will be returning to this location. The attendant was nice though…

Service is very slow here. Do not go to the drive thru. Very very slow and no way to get out of line. They have you trapped in by a concrete curbside.

HAIR IN MY RICE❗I would give this place no stars if I could, the service was ok kinda slow but they WERE very busy. I got a cubs meal and 3/4 of my meal was rice( waited 15 mins for it) and I couldn't even eat it because of the damn hair. 0 STARS.

As a food delivery driver, this is one of the worst places to pick up from. They are never on time...like EVER! It could be a busy lunch hour, or a dead Sunday evening and nothing is ever prepared or ready when I arrive.

The employees here are absolutely terrible and they refused to give me a refill of the “Panda crafted” iced tea despite this drink costing more than all other drinks on the menu. They also gave my wife a very small amount of shrimp and refused to give her a couple more without charging us for an additional meal. Very poor customer service and overpriced stale Chinese food.

This is my third time going. The first two times are pretty good. I’m not even talking about the food because I already know it’s an American version of Chinese food. So I already know it’s going to be subpar. But the service at this place? If I’m paying more for two plates than these employees make an hour, they could at least be nicer. This little boy With a Gold plated chain in the fluffy hair (Which if he’s serving food and all that hair, he needs to wear hair net). I’ve never seen somebody make a plate fast been in the slowest manner. Dropping all the meat all over the prep table and then still putting it in my box. That pissed me off so much. That is disgusting and it is unsanitary. Then through both my plates inside the box there is teriyaki soup all over the back of my car. I will never go here again. And there’s a freaking Hair and my freaking food disgusting.
Watch… Next time they do a review for cleanliness for the local food places watch this Fail.

Never us the mobile app, you better have 30 minutes to wait because they're never on time. Go to Ichi Ban or Yao Frei or even to the Robinson mall is faster.

Food is always great! Prices are great. Staff is very friendly and polite. Always clean. A good place to take the family or pick up a quick dinner.

When you trying to eat healthier and the “Wok Smart” options aren’t made … so i ask if they’re going to be made and the employee says no. Why have them on your menu if you cant order it?!?! Be better.

So I go in to pick up a GrubHub order… I arrived about 10-12 mins after accepting the order… I tell the manager the order I’m there for and he tells me “4 mins” as they have to make the vegetable spring rolls. Fine. At the 14 min mark, someone else comes in for an order and he tells them, “that’ll be about 4 mins because we’re making the spring rolls”… So either this guy is flat out lying or he just can’t count. I waited another 5 mins and seeing that he was just standing around talking, I had no choice but to drop the order and leave. I’ll be avoiding Panda Express and the Taco Bell on Costco Drive from now on because I don’t have 20 mins to sit there and wait for every order.
