My husband and I come here frequently and are always satisfied! This location is very consistent in portions and in how the food is cooked. It is always hot and flavorful and the staff is friendly and quick! I just wish they offered more coupons or deals so we could afford to come more often!Parking: Free parking lot with plenty of spaces right in front of the restaurant.

I had three employees ask me what order I was there to pick up and then tell me that it's being worked on.(fair I was early) I sat and watched several people who came in and waited after me to get their orders left before me. I asked about my order and I was brought out from the drive through counter within seconds...how long had it been done back there?After getting home and opening the order of honey walnut shrimp which is extra it was half full....the food is delicious but get it together!
Clean and well kept. Service was slow and the food was the quality you would expect for fast food Chinese. I was surprised to see 3" long pieces of broccoli in my kids meals. There are only 3 options for them, maybe try to cut stuff into a size they can actually eat. No vegetarian entrees and limited side options too.Kid-friendliness: They do have 3 kid options, but be prepared to cut your kids food, as the broccoli pieces are HUGE.

It was my first time here and my husbands first since he was young, the young lady at the counter explained everything to us very well and it was a great experience! Wow, one of the worst Panda Express I have been to. I used the drive through, strike 1, no fork or napkins in bag. Strike 2, the teriyaki chicken was mostly fat. Strike 3 everything was barely warm (cold really). Yes it was too go, but I ate it in the Panda Express parking lot.
Several bad experiences here. They're always out of items, the staff show no urgency when multiple customers are waiting and if you order in the drive thru lane, you need to check your order carefully as they will make substitutions without asking. Also, was rudely treated by a cashier who made me wait while a person who was paying for multiple people went to the bathroom and then returned. The food is mediocre. Never again.
