I visited today with a client, we received the best service ever. The young man Ian working the main register was super kind,patient, fast and knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients. The food was prepped and presented beautifully from the kitchen staff. All employees were smiling, and working very hard at this location.

The “light skinned mixed” young lady behind the counter today could use customer service training. I was a lone patron in line ready to place my order, while she stood there ringing up her coworkers lunch without even a single acknowledgment or a “hello, be with you in a second “. After waiting a few minutes I left.

Nice place, however, go back to using those vibrating remotes. The constant yelling and shouting of orders every 2 seconds is very distracting and takes away from a nice, pleasant atmosphere that I remember PB having years ago, back when I use to study there.

I travel all over the country and Panera is a go-to for quick good food and place to get some work done.
Not this one. Never seen a Panera as slow as this one. No outlets for laptop plugin. Dirty tables. Took over 30 minutes for a dine in order.

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly. Just the bright spot my hubby & I needed (coming from UPMC Presby) after NOT getting so great news. So nice to know compassionate people still exist in good 'old Pittsburgh Pa!

Smaller quantities of the same food at a higher price. I can forgive the arctic AC. I can forgive the music. The indifferent cashier who gives one bagel when I pay for two... This entire chain is slowly circling the drain. But like the cashier, I'm indifferent.

Panera has lost the charm it once had
Their egg soufflé is nostalgic and the only thing attractive on their menu and they only had 2 available at 8am - and disappointingly they did not taste the same.

We ordered a delivery from this location and our food was delayed, so we called the store and explained the situation. The newest manager was so incredibly helpful and called DoorDash to help our food get delivered. He even threw in 2 cookies for the inconvenience. Although it took our food 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to us, we were really greatful for the great experience we had with getting it resolved. Thank you!
