Absolutely terrible experience start to finish. Ordered my food on my lunch break for a set time, when I arrived I then waited another 25 minutes for my food. People came in and ordered after me and their orders were fulfilled. This caused me to be late getting back to work. Unacceptable.

I'm not sure what was happening today but I placed a pick up order and it got delayed. When my husband went to pick it up, everything was just thrown into the carrying bag and was touching. We have medical conditions in my house and this causes a huge problem

If you want to get frustrated from the coffee service, this is the place you want to go. If Panera wants to deliver the message that it's not a coffee place, just say it or remove coffee from it's menu. Coffee always almost cold. Regular coffee pot is always empty unless you ask them to fill it. Asked employee to fill the pot by brewing another cup, took it and after 20 minutes, I asked her, she forgot, asked another person, she told me go to the other employee for it. team looks polite but MANAGERS must provide a good coffee serving experience -- not a good experience. I'm sorry

Asked for a coffee cup lid as there weren't any out. Was told when he can get to them. Waited 20 minutes and just left. Rapid orders for a simple cup almost never on the table waiting. Nobody looks like they want to be there.

Excellent and highly recommend stopping by if when you’re in the area. The place is clean and bright and the outdoor seating is fantastic especially in the summer. The service was great the food is awesome I had the new Italian steak and mozzarella sandwich it was delicious and I highly recommend ordering it. I’m hopeful that they can change or add on some permanent man items such as the Italian steak mozzarella sandwich. Not to mention that there’s ample parking.I highly recommend!!

I love Paneras food, but it seems to take too long to get the food. I have 30 min for lunch and we were waiting for almost 30 min just to get the food. I still had to drive back to work and eat it.

Walked in and there was a line so we went to the iPads to order (which is fine), went to ask for our cups and the employee was rude and made us feel stupid for asking. Lemonade almost tasted rotten, not how it always is. I ordered an everything bagel and was given two bottom pieces (defeats the purpose of paying more for an everything bagel).
