This place is literal trash. The food, service and atmosphere sucks. My order took nearly an hour longer than when I was told it would be ready. And I didn’t even get the right order. But I didn’t want to say anything because I had to be at work and couldn’t wait another hour. Then on top of that the employees were rude when I asked how much longer my food was going to be. So overall terrible experience. 10/10 do not recommend..

Ordered online and went to the pick up area. There were at least 3 people behind the counter who saw me and straight up ignored me and kept talking to each other for almost 10 minutes (and it was not very busy). I didn’t want to just yell over the counter at them and be rude, but they should have stopped talking about random nonsense and helped me when they saw me.

I wish this wasn’t the only drive thru bagel place near us or I would never come. I place a mobile order & spend anywhere from 15-30 minutes in line waiting for it. It can be 8am, or 1pm you always end up waiting forever.

I've been here twice now and ordered the same sandwich and both times it has come out cold in the center. They won't take it back to warm it up. The first time they had me microwave it in the coffee microwave. This time they didn't have the microwave any more and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I'm pregnant and I cant eat a half cold chicken sandwich. Literally all I needed was 30 seconds in a microwave.

Really disappointing. Ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and strawberry poppyseed salad. Literally almost no steak or peppers on the sandwich. Salad came with a tiny plastic container of dressing that was only half filled. Contained about 2 tablespoons of dressing for a nice sized salad. Way, way overpriced for the quality. Writing this place off for meals. They should stick to bakery items only.

Stopped here on Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Did a mobile order at 1250 and did not get our food until about 107. Was a lil long, but they were honestly slammed. Food was great as always, the bread though was very tough.
Recommended dishes: Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Hubby and I each ordered an Asian Chicken salad. The chicken was slimy and inedible. Because it was so disgusting it turned us both off and we ended up throwing them both away.
Did you change the chicken from the original chicken? And also the two tiny cups of dressing aren’t enough for the large salads.

The chicken noodle soup was all broth. I poured it into a bowl and found two noodles, two carrots and a few scraps of chicken Horrible. Not wasting money at this place anymore.
Nice selection of bread and pastry items. Not a big fan of the way all Panera Breads serve their coffee. Using a carafe runs the risk of warm coffee. Still good.

Really disappointing experience, they forgot a sandwich and a bread bowl. I ordered for 4 people, so I didn’t notice til I got home. Food was good, but they seriously need to check orders before they give them to the customer- this is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Terrible! I paid $7 for two coffees and had to pour it myself from a kettle and add cold milk. Even the $1.50 coffee at good gas stations tastes better. This was my last visit to this chain's diner.

Food is overpriced and awful. Ordered to go. Bowl of soup was more like a cup. $8. The potato soup was pure cream. No potatoes. I threw it away. Was not edible. I ordered a turkey sandwich which was supposed to come with an apple. No apple in bag and baguettes were stale and hard as a rock. Pecan pastry was also stale. My total was $31. I will never go back. Woman at order taking was rude and slow. Was sitting in a chair taking orders which I found strange. Just an awful experience. Panera used to be such a good restaurant. They need a makeover. Just awful.
