Honestly, we ordered from here for work and they messed EVERY order up. I just ordered breakfast and they gave me the wrong sandwich. They are absolutely over priced.

Very slow and there’s barely anyone in here. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a cup of Mac and cheese. Staff was nice but embarrassing slow

Left out a part of my order I requested when I went back I was given it but it was not given to me with any plastic utensils so I had to use my hands. Also usually bakery items have the smaller bags (that’s how i remember it atleast) and then put into the one bag but all my items were throw into bags without any plastic to separate them. Maybe the standards have been switched or they are out of the packaging needed but as nit picky as it sounds I think it did effect the presentation overall. Staff were kind and I think it was a genuine mistake.

If I could give 0 stars I would've!!! Crazily overpriced, got roast beef instead of steak and even that didn't come close to filing the bread. Also ordered no onions and it had small onions all throughout that couldn't even be picked off.

This scam of a chain needs to be shut down.

Rude workers. No customer service at all. When you ask for cup for your oder they laugh. Rude. I will never come back to this one. You employees need retrained and teach them manners. It's not cheap to eat here and a little kindness goes a long way. Thankful the food was good. Hire new employees!

I came here after picking up my Mom from Pittsburgh Airport and had dinner, the food was good as we're the dessert foods and I am glad they serve Pepsi products, the only thing I'm not too pleased about with this place is that it is in an area hard to get into
