I have always enjoyed eating here. The food is always fresh and tasty. I know food prices and wages for employees are increasing, but every time I visit, the prices continue to increase. This place is almost always busy, but this time, there weren't many people there.

Went here a couple times. Sometimes they lock the doors before they are actually closed. Also they always seem to run out of bread for the soups

Staff turned the music up loud while I was trying to have a video call. Staff was disrespectful when they were closing and too close when pushing me out the door as I was leaving. Do not recommend going with in last hour of their shift. Very unprofessional.

On February 2, 2025, I visited the Wilkins Township Panera. I walked and I ordered a baker’s dozen of bagels. Around five of the bagels were already sliced and they seem like day old stale bagels. Quality should be a top priority. I’m disappointed with this location. Fire the manager.

Gave them a 3 day notice for 1 1/2 dozen of bagels. paid for in advance. Received notification they were ready for pickup. When I went to pick up, they said they were never made. Very disappointed.
