I visit this location 1 or twice a month and today's visit was above par. It was a great way to start my day! Lynne took care of me! She greeted me right away and was quick to take my order, bag my bakery items, ring me up and get me on my way! Thanks a bunch Lynne
I couldn't find the building, I called the store and the manager came outside to find me. Very friendly, helpful and kind store! BEST service I have ever received from a Panera! Excellent Management!!!
Orders never on time and are wrong when you get them. Unreliable.
Went the extra mile for my mistake!
This location is TERRIBLE when it comes to having your app order done on time. This is the third and LAST time my salad has been over 30 minutes past promised time. I told myself to never order from them again and yet I did it...stupid me I guess. They have a captive audience with their location and it is clear they don't care. If you have all sorts of time to wait around for a simple order give them a try.
Always a great choice for comfort food!

The place is super busy. Sandwiches are missing ingredients more often than not. (The last two times I went there, they forgot the main filling for my sandwich.)

Did an online order my order took 30 minutess past my estimated time. The manager blonde hair, glasses, taller guy is standing there doing absolutely nothing as the screen is completely full of orders another girl is on her phone as a line of people stand there. That's insane to me.

I don't recommend using the Panera app because you will want to see the baked goods before you purchase them. If they mess them up, that won't stop them from selling them to online customers. (for example, pecan braids with no pecans because they ran out, or with no icing because they forgot).
And getting a refund is going to take more time than you probably have.
So tired of corporate culture totally disregarding customer satisfaction.

After making me wait a HOUR after my interview time. They tell me to call back the next day then tell me to call back another and this goes on for three days. The say the went another route unfortunately. I will never apply for another Panera job. Also I have proof of everything.

This location is always disappointing. Orders are consistently over 30 minutes behind schedule and it seems that corporate won’t allow any additional personnel to help the manage. It is always two employees rushing frantically around trying to keep up. I can’t blame them, but it’s ridiculous how long you have to wait for a “rapid” pick up order. Not to mention, because of the rush, my food is usually cold and sloppily put together. Corporate- if you read these reviews, please hire additionally employees to support this location, it is far too busy to continue operations as is.

The location seems to be extremely under staffed. Long wait times. Numerous bakery items are burnt. The employees seems to be in great attitude and are powering through. Seems to be a managerial issue.
