After making me wait a HOUR after my interview time. They tell me to call back the next day then tell me to call back another and this goes on for three days. The say the went another route unfortunately. I will never apply for another Panera job. Also I have proof of everything.

This location is always disappointing. Orders are consistently over 30 minutes behind schedule and it seems that corporate won’t allow any additional personnel to help the manage. It is always two employees rushing frantically around trying to keep up. I can’t blame them, but it’s ridiculous how long you have to wait for a “rapid” pick up order. Not to mention, because of the rush, my food is usually cold and sloppily put together. Corporate- if you read these reviews, please hire additionally employees to support this location, it is far too busy to continue operations as is.

The location seems to be extremely under staffed. Long wait times. Numerous bakery items are burnt. The employees seems to be in great attitude and are powering through. Seems to be a managerial issue.

Food has really gone down the drain. When you order a sandwich all you get is bread with minuscule amount of filling. I understand corporate profit motives but this is just really bad. Go somewhere else.

Very pleasant experience. I came in and was waited on right away by Dorothy and greeted with a smile. She made sure to check if I had a Panera rewards membership. I had a question and a special request with my sandwich. She was detailed with her responses, making sure I got what I wanted, no mistakes. I got a latte, too, and she let me know I could get a pastry for 99 cents. I wasn't sure what I would get, so, she walked me over to what was available. I got sold on the pumpkin muffin (yes, already excited for fall). When we were done, she reminded me not to forget to pick up my latte and where to go to pick up my order. I was debating on going to the Panera Bread in Bethel Park or this one in Pleasant Hills. I am glad I chose the Pleasant Hills location. Everyone I encountered on top of Dorothy were professional and nice, too.

I absolutely LOVE this Panera! My dad went in for lung surgery on the 13th and I came in from the 14th until the 18th (he came home early the 19th) and the whole staff was amazing everyday ♥️ I also just came in yesterday (the 31st) with my daughter and the 2 ladies who worked there asked my daughter how old she was, then asked what grade she was in and gave her something special and my daughter was soo happy! She was so happy she told my fiancé that was waiting in the car at least 3 times plus her grandma twice! I recommend this Panera over any others ?♥️

Great place for breakfast after my husband had to fast for a test at Magee Women’s Hospital UPMC. He was dying for a coffee & we sat outside & enjoyed the beautiful weather today. We had almost 3 hours between his appointments and Panera was a welcome place to wait. We were treated very well.

So I’m at Panera Bread in Oakland, my total comes to $45.02.....I pull out a $50 to pay and was told that they don’t accept any bill over $20. I asked why? And the response I got was “...because we don’t have a way to check if it’s real or fake...”
