This location has gone downhill since the private equity buyout a couple years ago. The portion sizes are tiny and prices have steadily increased. It’s a good place to get work done if the wifi works (sometimes it doesn’t..) It just feels like you’re getting overpriced hospital food

This location is listed as being open till 7 PM and yet the cleaner puts the chairs up on tables starting at 3:30!

Overrated. The bagels are only a step up from the grocery store bread aisle bagels. I've only been here a few times, but everything I get ends up below average. I'd prefer Bruggers for bagels and Insomnia for cookies.

Every time I come to this Panera, the employees are in a bad mood, they deliver the food very late and honestly they don't give a damn.The employees work very slowly, as if they were asking their brain for permission to take one step and then the next. They see people standing around waiting to place their order and they don't even come over to take their orders.

They are not adequately staffed, nor does the online ordering system seem to cap orders appropriately, so orders are consistently ready about 30min after the scheduled time.
