When I was waiting for my food, I heard one of the workers say "I hate this person already, (her name) is so generic", referring to the young woman they were preparing food for. It was loud enough for everyone waiting to hear. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable, not to mention just plain mean. The worker who said this had long braids with pink highlights, and she had dark skin (I only mention this because I didn't catch her name).

This location really needs to do better with stock and inventory, they are almost always out of plenty of items. It would also be nice if their staff filled their soup cups more than a little under the halfway mark.

Honestly the worst panera in the city. As a musician and DJ, sometimes I come to panera to get out of the house and get work done. Was here early in the morning the other day preparing for a show and was pretty exhausted after closing at the bar I work at the night before, and dozed off while I was preparing my set on my laptop. Totally understandable that they don't want people sleeping here, but the manager that woke me up talked to me like I was subhuman. He was almost yelling saying "if i catch you asleep again you're gone" and despite me apologizing profusely he didn't want to hear it and continued being rude. That's unacceptable. Like be nice to your customers for god sake. You can't talk to people like they aren't people. Really don't appreciate being treated like that, and hate being the "do you know who I am" guy, but dude really had no clue who he was talking to. Like I packed out a club later that night, and dude works at panera acting like he's all high and mighty.

We both got a breakfast sandwich. They were delicious, but pricey. We also both bought a drink. The staff was friendly and helpful.
