Noticed I was getting a faint stomach ache when getting ice from the soda fountain in the mornings, I come frequently..saw this today! Really could use a cleaning. Mold is going to get someone sick. Had to skip out on ice this time. Happy to edit my post after cleaning! Other than this, great location.

Came to grab a quick dinner to go on 8/11 evening and ordered on the self serve screens and paid with Apple Pay. I stood there and waited for over 20 minutes for my food (I know how long because my Apple Pay is time stamped) I wouldn’t be so annoyed if I didn’t sit there and watch the two associates on the line clean and do their closing duties and not work on the food orders on the screen. One of the girls asked me what my name was and I thought that meant she was working on my order, but then later the manager came over to tell the girls to start working on the orders that were on the screen instead of cleaning. I watched the associate THEN start to make my sandwiches at that time - after she had already checked my name and I had been standing there for over 10 minutes at that point. The cafe wasn’t busy, I would be more understanding if it were. Overall just annoyed at the entire experience at this location, they clearly just wanted to close for the night.

They are out of EVERTHING! If they don't have a truck coming in today or tomorrow, they should just let their people stay home. This is giving 'new manager with no historical sales', vibes They should shut down for the day. Do a deep cleaning while all the shelves are empty.

This has to be the dirtiest Panera bread I have ever been to. The lobby is absolutely disgusting, looks like the floor has not been mopped in 5 years. All of the tables were filthy, stained, crumbs everywhere. I should have took that as a sign to leave but I insisted on ordering food because I was so hungry. My sandwich had a long black hair in it. Ended up getting a refund and leaving.
