We ordered from Panera and it was the worst!! I can’t blame DoorDash because it’s not their responsibility.. my muffin was hard and stale, my bagel was burnt and they neglected to give me my cream cheese I paid for!! We got refunded half for the cream cheese which is stupid. Whatever happened to don’t serve it if you wouldn’t eat it?!? People just don’t care anymore! Panera needs to do better

Very frustrating whenever you pay for a sandwich and they don’t put it in the bag. I have worked in fast food and have managed a restaurant before and I understand forgetting something whenever you are busy but when there is 2 people in the dining area and only 2 orders on the screen is absolutely pathetic. It’s was not even worth driving back because I was grabbing something quick on the way to Children’s. I guess it’s my fault for not looking before I drove away but I guess you have to baby adults and make sure they can read a take out slip to make frozen food.

They have terrible service and don’t properly make the items on the menu. Sandwiches are usually 80% bread 20% meats/other

First of all, this looks like it came from a hospital cafeteria. Secondly, they served me this spoiled avocado.

Love everything about this place but they need to heat my sandwich up 20-30 seconds longer ?

I was so disappointed upon my time spent in this Panera Bread. Years ago I would frequent this particular Panera Bread because of their meeting facility in the back. It is now used for catering--maybe. The staff was friendly and the food was typical, but the atmosphere was lack luster and needed revamping. The plugs in the wall were loose, the floor was dirty, the tables need cleaned, the walls need painted-- it needed a fresh coat of everything. If you are just stopping to pick up a sandwich, fine, but to spend a few hours there and tap-tap-tap on a laptop while sip-sip-sipping on a drink left me wanting more. I longed for the buzzing of energy, the creative minds flowing and the chocolate chip cookies waffling in the air. I was left with the smell of dirty dish water, sticky floors, stale soda and finger printed glass.

What happened to the place I remember?

I came in late in late evening.. ordered a caprese sandwich.. was the worst sandwich Uber even had in my life… literally threw the second half in the garbage. The cheese was barely there. 2 tiny little pieces ..I took the bread off and is was offensive.. it also did not taste like cheese and they put the avocado on before the put it in the oven.. I couldn’t even see the avacado I asked for because they put it on before they threw it in the oven who does that?

Just a gross sandwich. Not one redeeming factor. My son worked at Panera in Lancaster when he was younger and the food was always good.. this is the last time I ever go to Panera..

Incredibly quiet place, they have background music but very subtle to be able to do a task, watch videos or simply have a talk with your favorite person.

Parking: Being in conjunction with a laundry and other restaurants nearby, parking is a little limited, but you always find a place

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide to enter and exit, and there are tables with enough space for a wheelchair.

This Panera location was particularly excellent and helpful. Specifically, Angela and Mark were awesome, but truly everyone was great. We needed a special order on short notice, and this great team was super understanding and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the food for our meeting nice and special. I really appreciate their efforts and There are some really great people working at the 5430 Centre Ave Panera location in Pittsburgh, PA.

The shady side store in Pittsburgh can handle a limited number of customers. Things go chaotic if there are 4 to 5 customers at a time! I'm not sure of other stores
