I came here on my lunch break to get a sandwich, and I ordered through the app using the rapid pick up option. When I arrived, my sandwich was made completely wrong (I asked for a caprese with no tomatoes and extra cheese, the sandwich had tomatoes and minimal cheese). I understand that it's a peculiar order, but I've ordered it here before without problem so I wasn't expecting any issue today. After seeing that the sandwich was wrong, I went up to the counter and asked if I could have it remade. The worker told me yes and said it didn't matter what I did with the sandwich I already had, so I threw it away and waited for my new sandwich. About ten minutes passed, and I went back up to the counter to ask about my sandwich. The manager then came up to me with a piece of paper showing my order printed out and shared that, because I had ordered rapid pick up, Panera was not liable for getting my order wrong and that I would not in fact be getting my sandwich remade. So, it was a complete waste of money and time. I'm not sure how, when you make a sandwich wrong, you are not liable for making the sandwich wrong, but I definitely will not be returning and I recommend not using the rapid pick up option on the app if you do choose to dine here.

The food is very hit or miss. I’ve ordered a few times from here now. Pictured is the chipotle, chicken, egg, and avo sandwich sub sourdough. I’ve received a few wrong orders and a bad apple. I’ve learned I have to narrow my selections to items that will be made the best. The bagels never miss and I love the chicken salad!

I will no longer purchase chicken noodle soup I bought this soup 2 different times on 2 different days at the same location this is unacceptable. All you see is noodles You should maybe put the noodles in a separate pot cause this is just a waste of money. All I got was carrots broth and noodles but it's called chicken soup.

I truly like this Panera. It's large and has plenty of space and comfortable seats for working. Almost every table has a plug!The staff is always friendly and fun and it's a pleasure to enter the place and find someone smiling at me. It's one of my usual spots when I'm in the area.Parking is a bit tricky. It's limited on the street and it's 1hr or 15 minutes. The parking garage has the first 2hrs free during the week and then gets quite expensive. After 5pm during the week and on the weekend the first 3hrs are free.

higher prices and worse food. you’d think in a chain restaurant it would be as good as every other panera… it’s not. sandwiches with barely any filling, soups half full, wrong orders more frequently than correct ones. I’ve given this one many opportunities, but it disappoints me every time.
