Almost every time that I order a sandwich from this store they GET IT WRONG. Then when you call to get your money back, they give you an attitude. I have to call 3 times to corporate to get. A refund because their customer service representatives are inept.

How can you go to Panera at 8am on a weekday to purchase bagels and all they have is plain or cinnamon? Then ask for tub of cream cheese and they don't have that either. This didn't just happen once but at least over the last 6 months. The bagel breakfast sandwiches used to be really good now they taste like they are soaked in butter. The cashier is always helpful. Whomever the food prep employees are, she is always nice and always apologizes for the long wait. When there is only 1 person doing orders of course the order will be later. It's not her fault but rather management. Sorry but I have to be done with this Panera. It is worth the drive to South Park for Bruegger's Bagels.

I always take lunch chipotle lunch sandwich 2 months back the sandwich was large and stuffed with the price of $9.00 but now it is $12 bread has shrinked so the chicken

Arrive to the restaurant to pick up my order that was done at 4:31pm at 4:33pm. Get to the shelf. No order. Let them know “hey i’m here for (insert name’s order) says it’s done.”
“Oh we’re working on it still”. 12 minutes go by and then they tell me “oh your order must have been stolen so we are making it again for you” ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food to be ready after the time that my app said it was ready..

I just walked out of this Panera feeling really disgusted, October 3, 2025 at 630pm. Major attitude from a young, heavy-set, long brown hair in high pony tail, white female working the front counter. I simply asked her why there was a box full of bread on the front counter and whether it was for sale. I was going to buy some for my patients next door if they were for sale. She rolled her eyes and and gave me a sassy answer. I replied by saying it was just a question, I dont know why you are upset. Literally, clueless to why it triggered her to be so cocky and dismissive.

Great staff, very nice and helpful. I never sat inside before busy, but the atmosphere was still calm and nice. I took my client here and it's wasn't overwhelming for him which was nice.
Cold soup. No spoon and when asked received a plastic spoon. Drink eatery. Stale bread.

They literally never have any bakery items past 12pm it seems. Not to mention theyre out of the vast number of their standard ingredients at any given time. The panera 10 min away doesnt have this problem. Its unique to this store. Also pickup orders can take a very very long time to be prepared at this location due to understaffing.

I went for lunch around 1:45 pm. On a wednesday. They were out of Plain bagels, said All we have is cinnamon. I love their coffee, out of half and half And whole milk. Had to use skim.yuck. I did ask if they had half and half or whole milk. The girl said the truck doesn't Come in until tomorrow. Very disappointed Today........

Convenient Place as to Location. Got a mango smoothie, looks like a small-medium size but the taste was sour and bitter! For a person like me who grew up eating mangoes, and lots of different mango dessert this one is a no, no, don't recommend it. Paid $ 7.30 . I tried to have more just to get acquianted to the taste but it keeps getting bitter. I want my money back but was shy to go back. Probably won't hurt so much if I only paid 3 dollars. But $7.30! . Not buying this kind again.
