Panera No Bread! No bread bowls, again. Out of baguettes. What the heck?!?! Getting tired of the location not having bread. Otherwise decent Panera with good service and food.

Dirty dining room and overpriced for a restaurant where everything is self serve.I ordered, I picked up order, I poured my own drink and I bussed my own table. And to charge $20 for a half sandwich and half filled side salad plus a drink is a ripoff.

So I’m sitting by the half booth half chairs table on the left when you walk into the hallway where the bathroom is and when I leave I forget to grab my wallet so like a normal person I call up and I say “hi forgot my wallet you know the table on the left that’s half booth have chairs” and whoever the women who is obviously unintelligent says “yeah” and I say “I forgot my wallet there can someone hold it until I’m able to pick it up tommorow” they say “this isn’t funny” hangs up the phone and then I call back no answer 5 times until I think but not sure if it’s the same lady I say “I called and needed to find my wallet” and I was about to say “how can you interpret it that I was prank calling” they hang up so luckily my friend who was at the gym to the left was able to get it but idk how in what world a human being could interpret what I was saying as a joke unless your an idiot

Really enjoyed my soup and sandwich ?! Overall, really clean location with good service. Does seem a little overpriced for what you get, but I will definitely recommend.

Ok so to start i ordered on the app and they forgot to get my drink, which was just a dr pepper, and it look even longer to get my food, and then they gave my mom the wrong soup, so that make it take even longer. After that the meal was pretty good, except for the fact that there were two dogs there that we not service dogs, and the fact that there was a HAIR in my food! My mom and i decided to let it be because they were very out of sorts. And to top it off, when we were leaving my mom asked for a refill on her charged lemonade and the worked was so rude about it and refused her! so won’t be coming back to this location for a while!!

Food is always good quality and when the coffee is fresh, you can't go wrong. But it's not always fresh (it was this time). The was a small crowd for early afternoon on a Saturday but they didn't respond by opening another register until the line was touching the door.

If you order rapid pickup do not expect your food to ever actually be on the shelf when you arrive even if you purposely come 10-15 minutes after you received the email that your order is ready hoping it will actually be there. This is literally the 9-10th time in a row I purposely waited 10-15 minutes after I received the email and it never fails that my bag is just sitting on the counter with no one around and the place isn’t even busy. Typically have to stand there and stare at my food getting cold since the one time I just decided to grab it after standing there for 5 minutes the worker walked over to give me an attitude that I wasn’t allowed to grab it. I’m a pretty easy going person which is why instead of complaining I just decided to come later but that doesn’t even work.

This place has gone down hill with its service. It use to be great to go here . But lately they just slop the food on a tray and brush you off like the customer means nothing. Food is not prepared good at all . Service is horrible. Management doesn't care at all . Never going back . Waste of money.

Disappointed with the portion sizes for the cost and the amount of time we had to wait for our food. No one was in front of us yet it took over 15 min for our order. We were charged $24 for 2 tiny sandwiches and 2 small cups of soup. Won't be back for lunches or dinner.
