I like Panera. Sure it's a tad expensive, but I do feel like it's better quality food than other "fast" food chains. Their value duets are pretty fairly priced I think. I absolutely love their tomato soup. Panera has the best tomato soup in the entire world. They also have a new bakery item--- coconut macaroons. They are excellent! I've only tried the original, not the chocolate, but I loved it. I ordered on the app and did rapid pick up in store. My order was ready in less than ten minutes. No issues.

Great place to meet friends and spend time without being interrupted. Staff greeted me then left me alone until I was ready to order. Ordering was easy and the women who were making the food were very friendly and kept me informed about how much longer it would take. Prices are ridiculous. $9 for bagel with egg and cheese and an iced tea. I try to minimize what I buy here but enjoy sitting here and having my free refills. The only way that it makes sense to order anything.

One of the better Panera's around. Theyre always on it, super quick service and everyone seems to have great customer service skills as well, super nice.

5 stars for the main manager. I often frequent them, Mount Lebanon and Greentree location, and I often feel like no one’s paying attention to me. I will stand there waiting for an order for minutes before anybody asks if I can be helped.
On two separate occasions when I went to pick up my food in the Caste Village Panera, the African-American woman working behind the pickup counter is quick, efficient, and kind. Something that you don’t see as much anymore. As someone who previously worked in the service industry for 15 years, it’s great to still see.

Very little tuna on the sandwich, broccoli soup was
This is a nice, clean restaurant with friendly staff and generally good food. (One of my few bad experiences was an unripened avocado on my chipotle chicken avocado sandwich.)My one complaint is they keep the thermostat very low, in both summer and winter. In summer, I’ve been there when they had their fireplace on but the ac on so low to the extent that I had to wear a coat I happened to have in my car. I’ve mentioned this to staff a few times, but it’s always the same. And it’s not just me. I see others eating with their coats on as well. Maybe they don’t want people staying more than the time it takes to finish their food?Anyway, also a waste if money on electricity that they could use for better things than to freeze out customers.

Ordered a sandwich (chicken and pepperoni) and thought they skimped on the meat. I suppose in these days of inflation it should be expected but I don't think I will go there again.
