They are easy to get along with but sometimes I have had to call corporation office of the business because a few times they have messed up and would not fix it or tried telling me that I did not pay for something when I did. So yes they can be friendly and helpful but you sometimes have to pay attention to the receipt

This Panera is oddly shaped. The food is always good, but I feel the price is high for the amount of food. Panera is the domain of the chardonnay soccer moms. Not my scene. But when I've met people here, it's quiet and a decent bite.

This was one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at this location is absolutely unprofessional. I had to ask the cashier to repeat every single thing she said twice because she was basically whispering. She put the wrong name on the order. The items were ALL wrong. Unfortunately, it was a takeout, and I did not discover it until I was home 30 minutes later. Calling the location was also completely unhelpful, they could not do anything to fix their error.

I wouldn't use a computer here. I went into the bathroom to use the bathroom. I told Justin the manager he went on camera to see who took it. The next week Justin was gone. He was really good worker.

Food is always good but when I ordered a croissant sandwich, they didn't tell me until I got my order that they were out of croissants. When I went to use the bathroom, the slide lock on the door was anything but secure and while I tried to keep it closed someone in the adjoining stall banged their door shut and mine opened and someone walked in on me. Needless to say, that door needs fixed

Men’s restroom was stinking even from outside. Bugs flying out of urinal - which appeared not cleaned in months - to the point this is a serious health hazard. Same noted in a review 3 months ago. Unbelievable that a premium chain is in this condition !
