I wouldn't use a computer here. I went into the bathroom to use the bathroom. I told Justin the manager he went on camera to see who took it. The next week Justin was gone. He was really good worker.

Food is always good but when I ordered a croissant sandwich, they didn't tell me until I got my order that they were out of croissants. When I went to use the bathroom, the slide lock on the door was anything but secure and while I tried to keep it closed someone in the adjoining stall banged their door shut and mine opened and someone walked in on me. Needless to say, that door needs fixed

This place used to be so awesome. Used to have delicious food. Not so anymore!
Everything seems nuked now and sent out. Not clean. Bathrooms are gross. Cashier unfriendly. Who wants nuked chicken? Not ever going back. The last two times were a 1 star for me recently. It’s gone downhill.
Basically the quality is yuck lately and became super fast food. Overly Priced.

Men’s restroom was stinking even from outside. Bugs flying out of urinal - which appeared not cleaned in months - to the point this is a serious health hazard. Same noted in a review 3 months ago. Unbelievable that a premium chain is in this condition !

The staff here has always been super friendly. But I have to say Perry(hopefully spelling that correctly) goes above and beyond to always help the customer and deserves recognition.

A total shout-out to Maya A., who was pleasant, efficient, and professional when helping me over the phone. Having a nice conversation with a young person is the sort of thing that makes my day, and makes me want to patronize this establishment again. I have to add a thank-you to Kate, who was also so nice and professional. I hope both of these young women ar appreciated by the management.

Waited five minutes for the front counter person to appear. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant which I waited for and it was cold and tasteless. Very disappointing I would avoid this location.

I haven’t actually eaten in this location for years, but I walked in to use the bathroom at 5:30pm on Monday. Half the restaurant was closed and block off. At 5:30pm. They’re supposed to be open to 8pm. I had to walk past the baked goods, where two employees were talking. And past the entree ordering counter where no employees were stationed, to get to the ladies’ room all the way at the back. There were several tables occupied, but the garbage bin was sitting out blocking the aisle next to their tables while two employees sat in a booth chatting. This place is dirty, and crowded because only half of the restaurant is open at dinner time, and the employees still can’t seem to handle the business. As I walked out, an employee behind the baked goods counter wished me a good evening. I remember when this place opened years ago, it was a great place to meet friends and the food was good and the service was good too. After reading the other recent reviews I wonder what will take their place after they close. Which should be soon.

Why is the only place open to sit in this restaurant along the busy walkway to pick up your food??? For this reason this Panera location is a hard pass. I want to sit in the room in front where the windows look to the plaza but it's nearly always closed. Only go if you want to sit in a dark tunnel if a hallway.
