Ordered at 730 . The girls that were behind the back making the dishes were goofing off and laughing not doing their job! My salad had no apples in it I said light on the dressing and they gave a lot and there was hardly no salad.! I wasn't given my child's hot tea cup . It was almost 8 when we got our order! There was no line and it wasn't busy at all. We we told at 755 we had 5 mins to eat! When panera closes at 9pm and the kitchen closes at 8pm. After a long day . Working 2 jobs and trying to have a nice relaxing dinner .my kids and I were rushed! My poor son had to leave still eating his sandwich holding in his hand when we left out the door! For the cost of the food and the amount given and poor service not worth going here.

I ordered two soup bowls of brownie and two muffin tops I got my soup bowls but the people behind the counter serving soup and sandwiches are too busy to tell you that you pick your pastries up at the other counter. They need to put a sign where they serve the soups at if you have pastries you got to go to the other counter to pick them up. That's kind of like common sense for people that don't go to your place that much it would be nice to let people know that.

Really mad. Because I know they run out of bagels mid day, I ordered early on their app and saw they had the kind I wanted. So I put an order in to pick up at 6:00 p.m. I arrived at the store exactly at 6:00 p.m. and walked in and guess what - they are out of plain bagels. When I asked why I wasn't contacted and why they didn't fill my order at 3:00 when the app said they had bagels, they claimed they had computer problems. My biggest issue with this is that they didn't contact me to let me know that they couldn't fulfill my order. It happened to be on my way home, but they didn't know that. What if I drove out of my way just for those bagels? Customer service is non-existent these days.

Ordered online and everything came fresh, hot, and accurate . I was just a little disappointed with the breakfast sandwiches .there wasn't an option in the group order to modify or add anything, so they were a little dry and harder to eat . I thought the baguette was a lot different too then I remembered . I didn't like it as much .it was my first time trying the avocado toast and I did not like it all . Maybe it's just me? But idk it kinda reminded me of the prepacked frozen half of avocados that aren't the best quality in my opinion. But overall not bad. I would order something from here again. Surprisingly the garden caprese melt was my favorite sandwich 🥪.

Stopped in for a coffee in a dozen bagels. The gentleman that waited on us was very accommodating. It's always nice to sit in Panera's with a friend and a refillable coffee cup.

I went to Panera today and ordered a Citrus Punch. When I tried it in the car, it tasted fermented (like kombucha), with small carbon dioxide bubbles and sediment forming at the bottom of the cup. It was by no means healthy or hygienic; rather, the drink was contaminated in the container. I won’t be ordering anything there anymore.

The food is ok here, typical Panera fare. This location doesn’t seem to feel that keeping the coffee urns fresh & hot or keeping the creamers filled is a high priority. What earned them a 2 star review is the cleanliness of the restrooms. The mens room smells like an old bar mens room - it looks like the urninals have never seen a toilet brush since they were installed.

You are a coffee shop. Therefore, when I pay over $3 for a basic cup of coffee, it's nice to actually be able to get coffee. The coffee was either empty or cold. Just nasty. The lady at the counter was very nice and got me a cup from the back.... still not hot. ?♀️ Do better Panera.
