I don’t know why they’re even open, you have to place an order on the app. Major inconvenience.

Kate the manager was super friendly and helpful. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They treated all the customers with respect and I would gladly go back at any time.

took over 20 minutes for us to get a simple order. they also lost our order and failed to find it. they’re also out of chicken. how tf?

Pile of ingredients between two pieces of bread, avocado wasn't even sliced it slipped right out onto the floor. Thanks. Bring back the old style Panera.

All the items are always out of stock. Why even be open in a mall?

This was a joke. I wanted a simple cup of coffee, it was cold and old and asking for cream and sugar was clearly inconvenient to them. I also work in the mall and this experience was awful. I actually took 1 sip and dumped the coffee down the drain.

Ordered the bbq smokehouse with NORMAL Amt of bbq sauce. I’m sorry but this is mostly chicken it’s not what it should b. I worked at a panera before and this def isn’t how it should be.

Glad to see they are open again.Strictly kiosk ordering is rather off putting. The limited menu was not too inviting. The staff are polite but behind a wall so not a very welcoming environment.

I stood in line to place my order for about 5 minutes before I decided to place my order through the app. I was able to do that before I was helped. My order was ready in about 4 minutes (two broccoli soups).Overall I had a good experience. I’d say this location is a bit slower than others, but my food was just as good here.

Usually I’m pretty good, but this is the third time they haven’t given me a bread bowl and also neglected to tell me and/or give my money back.
