I'm not convinced they know what pizza is. I have no idea what this crust is - not anywhere close to the crust I've had at PJ in the past. Why they need >2 inches of that plain, unseasoned, chewy "crust" is beyond me.
Barely any sauce or toppings. Like they made a small pizza using a large pizza crust.
Half of my garlic dipping sauces were already opened straight out of the box.
Called to ask for a partial refund and had to *beg* for it. Finally the manager appeared to say he'd give me a partial refund, but before anything was confirmed, he hung up on me.
I will say, as of this morning, the partial refund did come through. I just hope they get a much better quality control process.

WORST PIZZA . I ORDERED A NEDUIM, WHICH REALLY WAS THE SIZE OF A SMALL PIZZA., IT WAS DRY BARELY ANY SAUCE OR CHEESE....THE PiZZA SLICES WERE ABOUT HAVE THE SIZE OF A NORMAL SLICE..... SO OVERPRICED... WHEN I ORDER A PIZZA , iTS A TREAT. I COuLD NOT AFFORD TO DO THIS OFTEN. SO I WAS VERY ANGRY AND DISSAPPONTED. .. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDE THIS ESTABLUSHMENT...AND I SURELY WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN... AND IN TRUTH, I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE A STARR

Very poor Quality, barely any cheese, acidic sauce, hard crust and chip chop toppings. . Disappointing food and service. The Penn hill’s location was our go to Steelers Sunday pizza place but recently the quality of both ingredients and customer service is terrible. Man with strong accent is argumentative and unprofessional when you try to explain how you’d like your pizza, he over talks you then gets order wrong!!! Avoid this location!!

When I came to the store, he said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, but 20 minutes passed and I still haven't received it, and even though he left while preparing the food, he was lingering in the back.

Our family orders from this location often. As of today, that’s changed. Whenever I order for delivery, I request that all of my food is taped shut. Every time prior to tonight, my request was granted. I do not feel comfortable with the high turnover of delivery drivers & this location using DoorDash drivers to deliver my food. Once the order was placed online, I called the store to make my request. I was informed my request would be granted. When my food arrived, none of my food was taped shut! I called & a man answered stating that my food was taped shut & as I proceeded to tell him that it wasn’t, he hung up on me. I called back, this same man yelled & said “our delivery drivers don’t mess with the food,” then he hung up on me a 2nd time. I called back a 3rd time, he picked up the phone & instantly hung it up. I called a 4th time & that call went straight to their automated system, then eventually the call was disconnected. This man was rude & unprofessional! He needs customer service training.
