The staff is very welcoming and warm. The pizza is great! I think it's my new favorite. They have been running a lot of specials which makes it very affordable.

Pizza is WAY overpriced. Ordered two pizzas and it was well over $50 bucks, and one with onions had only a few slivers of onions. The thin crust was done perfectly however, but the parmesan was doughy and undercooked.
They were not very friendly, and my 6 yr old daughter got her hand slammed in the pop cooler getting a pop and they were not concerned nor did they offer or even have ice. Will never go to that location again, and the pizza was dry.. not up to Papa John standard.??

I can’t really rate the food because I didn’t try any but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Called to place the order twice, both times guy was rude and hanged up. I assumed it was busy. Walked in virtually nothing is happening. I politely ask the guy why he was rude on the phone, he proceeds to get into it and get all agitated for no reason. Needless to say I didn’t see the point in having a back and fourth and all I wanted was to order food. So I left.

I ordered on 12-1-23 through your app. I ordered a pizza, a dessert, and a 2 liter. DoorDash delivered, no pop. Called the store, dealt with a very short worded and extremely rude employee. He snapped at me to call DoorDash, and hung up. So I did. They claimed they didn’t even make the delivery even though I tracked it with the DoorDash & Papa John’s tracker. They are useless. I call the store back, same rude employee who can’t be bothered to make it right. So no one is at fault and I loose money. Will not order from this store again, and your employees earned you this 1 star review for being rude.
